Wonderful 12 day tour of Rwanda and Uganda
After a long process comparing operators I eventually settled on Ibanga due to Able's personality and enthusiasm and I was thrilled with this decision.
From pick up on day 1 he was a joyful character, always ensuring everything was going to plan and that I was looked after in everyway. All the activities throughout were exceptional including the gorillas, chimps, golden monkeys and both Queen Elizabeth and Murchinson falls national parks. The mid-range lodges were all extremely comfortable, especially those in Queen Elizabeth and in Kibale and the service from the staff in each, alongside the food prepared was to a very high standard.
Any needs along the way Able was always happy to accomodate and be flexible with our itinerary to ensure I got the best experience day in, day out. Even at the end of the tour he ensured I was looked after in my accommodation and that they would ensure I made it to my next destination ok and since finishing has been checking in on me to make sure my travels in East Africa are still going smoothly.
I would 100% recommend Ibanga and Able for a great valued, all encompassing tour with a wonderful human.

Having Able as our Tour Operator was incredible. He was always on-time, he was very friendly, and caring. He made our entire crew feel safe! We were visting do a missional exhibition, and his service made our entire stay worth it! Would Definitely Recommend!!!

Able was very friendly, informative and always eager to please
We considered several operators and value for money with Ibanga was very competitive.
All in all we had a great 12-day trip, with a couple of minor irritations on advised times to travel between places compared with the actual.
Our mid range option lodges were all comfortable, to the point we would have liked to have more time to enjoy the facilities and just relax occasionally. (Note: my wife and I are at retirement age).
We did not expect the extra cost for the safari guides that apperaed at each park who expected a fee.
Summary - excellent and a lifelong dream to sit with gorillas achieved.

Exciting, immersive and accommodating tour of Uganda
I had an excellent trip with Ibanga Expeditions. They were consistently in contact from booking all the way through to my arrival.
Everything in the tour, from timings, accommodation and food was fantastic. Everything went super smoothly throughout, and any questions I had from local Ugandan life to wildlife facts were all answered with a lot of detail.
I'd 100% recommend Ibanga Expeditions, they really do show a true passion to giving you a once in a lifetime experience of Uganda's culture and incredible wildlife.

Contagious joy and enthusiasm
We spent a week in Rwanda and Uganda with Able - his joy and love of life are infectious and he kept us laughing and full of energy. We loved all of his choices for lodging, and he broke up the longer drives by pointing out things of interest along the way. He was also a great cheerleader for us as we departed on our primate treks!

A dream came true
We just came back to Italy after a beautiful trip in Uganda managed by Able, our local guide, from Ibanga Expeditions. He was really good with us making our days fantastic and funny. Uganda is a wonderful country to visit and Able is perfect to show you the beauty of the nature and the real local life of people. We enjoyed spending time with hom laughing all the time. He love his country and people so much and his Smile is contagious.
We suggest people to travel in Uganda with Ibanga !!!

Able was an excellent host and professional in conducting his tour.
I used Able from Las Vegas Tours and Travels to help with transport on a recent work trip. He was punctual and surprised me with some site seeing (Equator Cafe) which I was not expecting. Safe and dependable. I would highly recommend him.

Enthusiastic guide and very good driver
We did a 6 day tour inculding Gorilla's in Bwini national park, Safari in Queen Elisabeth national park, chimpansees in Kibale National Park and rafting on theriver nile in Jinja. Very nice combination of activities in this tour. Able has a lot to tell and is a real ambasador of Uganda. He is really caring for the joy of his guests.

Mr. Able Mugyenyi was knowledgeable, resourceful, helpful and experienced, and an excellent driver.
In November 2024 was on a six-day solo tour starting in Kigali and ending in Entebbe. The highlights were gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a visit to Queen Elizabeth National Park and chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park. The arrangements for overland travel, accommodation and tours were all done properly and reliably. I found the cost reasonable. Occasionally, the circumstances, such as heavy downpours, delayed or prevented certain activities. Nevertheless, the tour operator did his best to maximize the activities of the day. I found that it is important to be ready for last-minute changes in the itinerary or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. It is also important to keep communicating about the schedule of the day and the following day in order to be prepared. Occasionally the guide did not appear at the scheduled time in the mornings but each time this happened it was easily resolved. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, especially if one has a sense of adventure and humour, and a degree of flexibility.

Abel was really kind and caring of all individuals during the trip.
A great experience to learn more about Uganda while travelling to different locations. He had no problem answering all questions we had and ensured of safety at all locations we visited. Water and wifi were given during all rides. The service was great and I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Uganda to use Las Vegas Tours and Travel!
