Great offer, flexible and nice contact with Zanzi African Safari
Communicatins with Zanzi Staff was professional and flexible. All requests and changes were handled quickly and without any issues. There were no problems with payments or invoices. The tour was very well organized; everything went exactly as planned. Brian (Mufassa) was an excellent driver and tour guide who was happy to take detours for special wildlife sightings. We actually saw every animal possible. That was great. We felt very comfortable with Brian and Zanzi—we highly recommend them. However, you should know that if you go for the budget option, the wildlife camp is actually very basic (electric power at several morning and evening hours only). That was fine for us, because you really just eat and sleep there. And the staff at the camp is very friendly and attentive, wonderfull people, so actually it was a pleasent stay. Same for Eldorado Rustic Hotel.

First of all, I want to thank the whole team for a well-organized safari. We had a wonderful time. And now a few words: We went to the office of the tour agency, where they told us everything and agreed on everything, and we were answered by correspondence via WhatsApp. Also, thank you for your help in buying tickets to Mombasa after the safari. And of course, special thanks to our guide Adam, he chose wonderful locations with animals, gave time for photos and videos, drove the car quickly and carefully, we had time to look everywhere. For tourists who will read the review, take several safari parks at once, as each park is unique and complements each other. My dream came true, the safari went great.

Amazing Safari experience
We had an amazing Safari with Musa Adam as our guide aka Kenya One. He made sure we were able to see the big 5, and in general was always on the look out and gave us great insights regarding the animals we saw. The company organized very well the trip from Nairobi to Masai Mara, though the trip back could’ve been better planned. But they were always making sure all solved fairly quickly. Overall the trade off between the price and service was great, I totally recommend doing the Safari with Zanzi African Safaris

Amazing Kenya and Tanzania Safari Experience!
Zanzi was responsive, flexible, affordable and easy to work with. They helped us book and customize a safari that was exactly what we were looking for (8-day Kenya to Tanzania safari with budget accommodations, seeing Masai Mara, Amboselli, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater). They were flexible and helpful during the planning process. While we were on the safari, they were very communicative and checked in several times to make sure things were going smoothly. The agent Lydia answered any questions we had and was able to resolve minor issues quickly, both while planning and during the safari. The contracted guides were all knowledgeable and safe, highly competent drivers.
A couple things could have been clearer when booking, like expectations with lodging (a lot more rustic in Tanzania with no provided mosquito nets) and extra costs (e.g. tipping private cooks that we didn't know we'd have in Tanzania).
Something thing we would consider next time is that while going to multiple different parks provided great variety, we had less dedicated safari time than if we had stayed in one area. Of our 8 day trip, most of 4 days were spent traveling between parks. Crossing from Kenya to Tanzania also involved a lot of waiting and took up most of one day.
All in all, though, we had an unforgettable trip, and we would recommend Zanzi to any safari-goer!

Safari and accommodation was arranged by Lydia and Precious. Texted to confirm dates and transportation from airport and hotel and safari .When we wanted to extend stay that was not an issue.

The best experience of my life
Even before the tour began, I felt reassured by the prompt replies to my emails. The handling of payments and confirmations was also very thorough.
I was able to see plenty of animals, including, of course, the Big Five. Communication between the guide and the tour participants was excellent.

Professional from start to finish
An unforgettable adventure across Kenya and Tanzania. The itinerary was well planned, communication was excellent, and every transfer was handled professionally.
I chose a budget safari, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations. The lodges were comfortable, the hotel service was very satisfying, and everything was well organized.
The guide's experience made a real difference, helping us spot incredible wildlife, including rare sightings like a serval. Watching the Great Migration, enjoying the hot air balloon experience over the savannah, and seeing Mount Kilimanjaro towering over Amboseli were unforgettable highlights.
I would definitely choose this agency again.
