Amaizing
This trip turned out to be the best one ever for our family. The staff were always supportive and accommodating, even responding to our detailed requests. For example, they were able to arrange a game drive on the first day and a visit to a Maasai village, even though these were not part of the original plan. On the other hand, we did not receive any response from the staff regarding some questions we asked during the trip planning stage. Therefore, we are deducting one star.

Excellent, was worth every penny
The trip itself
- driver was really nice, he make sure every of our needs accommodated, answered every questions, get us the best experience (on seeing rare animals)
- experience is amazing, you must see Masai at least once
- get ceiling to ground hotel room, the bed was really comfy, had really good ready after the entire day sitting in the car and explored in safari
The agent
- Esther responded really quick, she even met me the day before the trip- and gave me a suprise bag 😇
Overall, I think the price worth every penny, highly recommend anyone want a safari trip.

Extremely good service
I booked 3 Days 2 Night trip to Masai Mara Safari and 1 Full Day Private Tour in Nairobi City. The moment when I approached to Esther she is very helpful and supportive, able to answer all my questions and provide a suitable package which I requested. And during the trip I enjoyed alot to see the animals and the accomodation is really comfort which more than what I expected. I would probably come back again with Toto Tembo if I would travel to Africa.

Young and agile tour operator.
We just returned from a wonderful three-day Masai Mara safari game drive. We started organising the trip six months ago, and although we were worried, everything went according to plan. We are now full of experiences. Thank you Esther for how professionally she handled all our requests. Even though she was not on the trip, she took care of us the whole trip and organized everything perfectly. Since it was my first safari trip, I did a lot of research — I wanted everything to be perfect.
When I first came across Toto Tembo, there weren’t a huge number of reviews, but every single one was positive, and that really appealed to me.
Communication via email and WhatsApp was always warm and helpful, even though I changed my itinerary once and asked a ton of questions about different options — which must have been a bit of a hassle for them.
When I finally arrived in Kenya, I met my guide, Dennis. He wasn’t just the best safari guide — he was the best guide I’ve ever had on any trip.
You could feel how much he loves his job, and the way he tried to show us as many animals as possible in the time we had was truly impressive.
If it hadn’t been for Dennis, I might not have enjoyed this trip as much as I did.
If you choose Toto Tembo and get Dennis as your guide, consider yourself incredibly lucky — your safari will be nothing short of perfect!
