Absolutely FANTASTIC!
WHAT AN ADVENTURE! Words cannot describe how incredibly blessed I am to have spent my time in Africa with the Jambo Masai Team! They have been nothing short of incredible during my 7 day trip to Tanzania! During planning, I chose Jambo Masai as they were the most affordable option, usually meaning the tours compromise in quality. I could not be more wrong! For the past week I’ve been treated with respect, love, kindness, enthusiasm and life changing learning experiences! Jambo Masai, you will see this face again, whether it’s for Kilimanjaro, Coffee classes, Safari tour and every little experience in between. I’m so incredibly grateful and truly impressed with the level of passion and dedication to making a 10/10 experience. Amazing Experience
We had an amazing experience with Jambo Masai Tours!
Our tour operator Raphael did a fantastic job — he responded quickly and was always available for questions or feedback.
We went on an 8-day safari that included Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, and the Materuni Waterfalls — and it exceeded all our expectations!
A big thank you to our guide Praise Ombeni, who took us to the best spots and made sure we saw the Big Five more than once. His knowledge and passion for wildlife made every game drive unforgettable.
Also, a huge shoutout to our chef Pasco Marco — the food was absolutely outstanding! Fresh ingredients, local flavors, and delicious meals every single day.
We can highly recommend this tour and would definitely love to come back again one day.

Enjoyable
Jambo Masai Tours found us a great safari tour guide in suricata safari. Rafael from Jambo tours was professional and accessible. He was always got back to us promptly when we had enquiries before and during the safari trip and made us feel at ease.
Felix, our tour guide from suricata safaris was humble, engaging, informative and kind. He had a genuine love and respect for the animals which resonated with me. We were well looked after throughout the whole trip.

Perfect
Very good organisation, Raphael answers very quikly and efficiently. The safari was fantastic, the guide was perfect, we were in family (2 children) and 2 italians in the jeep. We saw a lot of animals in the parks. I recommand !👍
Friendly and accommodating and quickly deals with problems.
Raphael kept us informed about all aspects of the tour with Whatsapp, which was great. The driving and chef in our case was handled with a partner because we were only two people so were grouped with others, and that coordination was handled well. The tour of the crater and the serengeti are well worth it.. unforgettable. All kinds of wildlife, plant life and beautiful landscapes.
