Great Safari with Perfect Organisation and Kind Personal Support, Great Mount Meru climb
We Booked 11 days with wilderness insight Safari for Mont Meru climbing and 5day Safari. Both was really Great, all our Special requests were considerd. We had successfull Mount Meru climbing considering our request for a day climbing on Summer (which i really can recommend!!!) with a loveley Team, very Kind Guides and Great meals. Our Safari (Tarangire, serengeti, Ngorogoro Crater) with John was wonderful. He tried to find all animals and succeded, and gave us very detailed Information about everything. The selected lodges were Great and also the meals on Tour were loveley. I really can Highly recommend John and the whole Team of wilderness insight Safari.

Unforgettable experience
I had an amazing time on the safari trip! Our guide, John, was incredibly sweet and wise, knowing how to answer all of our questions and dealing with our family silliness. We drove in the car that was very comfortable and was stocked with drinks in the fridge for us, the open roof was amazing, allowing us to have a much better experience, and the fact that the car had charging spots was a life saviour. I enjoyed the trip very much and I hope more people will get the opportunity to experience it like I did, especially when John is your guide you are promised for an unforgettable trip!

Best experience
I highly recommend John!
I reached out to John a few months ago after a friend recommended him, and asked him to plan a family trip that included safari, tribal visits, and Zanzibar.
From that point on, John took care of everything down to the smallest details and arranged an unforgettable experience for us.
He was always kind, polite, honest, and trustworthy – making us feel completely at ease throughout the journey.
Anyone who travels with John is truly in for a treat!

An unforgettable experience
I had the best time with Wilderness Insights. Everything was arranged really smoothly and efficiently from their end, all i had to do was tell them what i was interested in and they sorted out the full itinerary for my 3 day Safari.
My guide Aloyce was one of the best in the business! with over 17 years experience he was able to ensure I was able to see 4 of the big 5 along with all the other animals. A truly unforgettable experience. Aloyce found all the quite spots away from the other cars and vehicles, made sure not to disturb the animals for too long and had all the knowledge about every single creature.
i was even helped to the market and the bus stand at the end of my trip which was very much appreciated as this was above and beyond!
I stayed at the Manyara Lodge as part of my package and the food, breakfast , lunch and dinner was always delicious. I would 100% recommend!

Excellent guide—responsive, knowledgeable, well-organized, and great value for money!
We had an amazing experience! From the very beginning, communication was excellent — he was extremely responsive via WhatsApp and patiently answered every question we had, no matter how small.
The trip was very well-organized and thoughtfully planned. Despite offering a great price, he still managed to book us in beautiful lodges, bungalows, and hotels that exceeded our expectations. The vehicle was in excellent condition, comfortable and well-equipped for the safari.
During the safari, he shared detailed explanations and insights about the animals and the environment, which really added depth to the experience. His guidance and knowledge made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. We were provided with everything we needed throughout the trip — nothing was missing.
Overall, we were incredibly happy with the service and felt it was great value for money. Highly recommended!

Exceptional – I enjoyed and learned from every moment.
We reached out to Wilderness Insights Safari and John, the owner, to plan our Kilimanjaro trek and a week-long safari – and the experience exceeded every expectation we had.
For Kilimanjaro, the guiding team was absolutely flawless. The chef consistently served us delicious, hot meals, even in the toughest conditions. Our waiter was warm, kind, and always ready to help, and the guides were simply outstanding – both in terms of professional knowledge and safety, as well as on a personal, human level. They kept the atmosphere light and fun, shared jokes with us, and went far beyond what’s expected – even carrying our bags (and sometimes us!) when needed. Their dedication turned a challenging trek into a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
As for the safari, we were lucky enough to have John himself with us. His knowledge of the wildlife and environment, combined with fluent and articulate English, made every moment interesting and educational. Beyond that, he's just a wonderful person to talk to – always smiling, always responsive to our needs, and constantly going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
The safari vehicle was always spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped – with cold drinks, charging ports, and everything we could possibly need.
This was actually my second safari with John – and without a doubt, it won’t be the last.
10/10 – highly recommended.

Fun and interesting
There are countless reasons why I would rate this 5 stars. Firstly, our tour guide, John Malley, was so informative and entertaining. He was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Secondly, he has stocked the Land Cruiser’s fridge with waters, fizzy drinks, and alcohol and the picnic he provided was so delicious. Proper cooked chicken, veg, rice and a nice set up. Also, the accommodation that we were put in was one of the most special places my friend and I have been to, we even wanted to extend our stay there! Overall, it was an amazing experience

Amazing Tanzanian Safari
My family and I had an absolutely incredible experience on our Tanzanian safari with our amazing guide John Malley. John was a fabulous guide from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable explaining all kinds of fun facts about the animals we saw along the way. He would point out ways to help us recognize the animals on our own as the safari went along as well. He made it his goal to make sure that we got the most out of our safari. He worked very hard to find us all 5 of the big five animals and we also got to see a cheetah which was unexpected and beyond amazing to see. Some of the more elusive animals that John found for us he worked to get us as close as possible to so that we could get the best photos. We recently just printed off our best photos from our trip and they look incredible which wouldn't have been possible without John. All of our accommodations were beautiful. We were shocked by just how luxurious the rooms were especially the infinity pool at the resort in the Serengeti with the animals walking around out in the distance. The personal outdoor shower
at our hotel near Ngorongoro Conservation Area was a unique experience that made you feel like you were apart of the scenery. The food was also delicious with great service from the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. If this sounds like a vacation that you would like to experience yourself John is a good honest man who will make sure that you have the vacation of your wildest dreams. If you are looking for a guide that will do everything in his power to ensure you have an amazing trip book with John Malley! You will not be disappointed.
