Professional, attentive, truly care about making your adventures the best it can be
We did the 8-day Lemosho trek (Sep 1–8) followed by a 7-day safari (Sep 9–16) with Nafika Tours, and we cannot recommend them enough. From our very first inquiry to the end of the journey, Elias and his team showed an exceptional level of professionalism. He answered all our questions promptly and patiently as we debated between premium and standard packages, decided on the best base camp for summit night, and customized safari quotes to fit my handpicked accommodations, ensuring everything matched our needs perfectly.
Elias also paired us with outstanding guides who truly made the experience. On Kilimanjaro, Justin and Lordy carefully managed our pace, encouraged us to eat and hydrate to minimize altitude sickness, and supported us every step of the way. When one member of our group suffered from high altitude sickness, they took excellent care of her and gave the encouragement we needed to ensure all three of us reached the summit successfully.
For the safari, our guide Octavian was incredible. His deep knowledge of wildlife, sharp eye for spotting animals, and genuine passion for his work elevated the experience beyond what we imagined. Thanks to him, we witnessed countless animals up close and even saw three wildebeest crossings during our two days in the northern Serengeti, a truly unforgettable highlight.

Fantastic Kiliamanjaro climb and Safari with Nafika Tours
I just returned from doing the Lemosho Route with Nafika Tours, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.
Our lead guide, Inocent , and assistant guide, Efata, were absolutely wonderful. We will always be grateful to them and the entire team for helping us reach the summit. There were moments when we felt we couldn’t go any further, but their encouragement and support gave us the strength to keep going.
The food and camping equipment were excellent, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip, even while being on the mountain. We also had daily medical check-ups, which made us feel safe and reassured for each day’s hike.
The whole team was so friendly, cheerful, and genuinely happy in their work. It was clear to us that they really love being a part of Nafika Tours.
After the climb, we also did a 5-day safari, which was just as incredible. Our safari guide, Nikson, was extremely knowledgeable , professional and thanks to him we managed to see so many animals, including all of the Big Five. The accommodation throughout the safari was excellent, and the food was plentiful and delicious.
From the moment we were picked up at the airport until the moment we were dropped off, everything was perfect.

Exceptional Experience with Nafika Tours!
We had the most incredible experience with Nafika Tour, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, everything was organized with the utmost professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for us as travelers.

Kilimanjaro – Lemosho Route
We climbed Kilimanjaro with Nafika Tour via the Lemosho Route (7 days up + 1 day down), which is known for its excellent acclimatization and high success rate. The entire trek was perfectly organized:
• Knowledgeable, reliable, and caring guides who were always attentive to our needs.
• Everything included – transfers, tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, delicious and abundant meals to keep us full of energy.
• The climb itself was challenging but never technical, and the support from the team made it truly achievable.
Safari
After the climb, we enjoyed a 5-day safari with Nafika. Our driver was outstanding – professional, friendly, and with an impressive knowledge of wildlife. The accommodations were very good overall, with just one older hotel in Moshi that was still perfectly acceptable for a transit night.
Zanzibar
We ended our journey in Zanzibar, where we booked activities with local guides (not through Nafika). Here we faced a few small inconveniences, which actually made us appreciate Nafika’s flawless organization and reliability even more.

Professional and luxurious way to get to the top — and reasonable too
We climbed Kili with Nafika as a family of five (our 'kids' are 17, 21 and 22) and had a superb experience all the way (even with very cold and cloudy summit). Nafika are highly professional and it was a luxurious experience. Camps were always set up in the best spots, the food was amazing and plentiful and the guides were encouraging, fun and knowledgeable -- and caring/super safe with daily health checks for everyone (oxygen levels, blood pressure etc). I could not recommend them more highly. And they were great value for money.

I recently summited Kilimanjaro with Nafika, and the experience was outstanding. Really excellent Safari
Myself and my friend had a really fantastic Safari experience with Nafika tours. The whole thing was organised so professionally and all the communication and planning for the trip was excellent. Our Safari guide Octavian was just brilliant - he had an amazing knowledge of all the animals and environment and he did a really fantastic job of managing to deliver an amazing number of animal sightings - we saw so many animals and he always managed to be in exactly the right place at the right time. The accommodation and service at all the places we stayed was also fabulous. So glad I booked with Nafika tours ten out of ten for me and fantastic value for money.

Amazing Service, Staff, Support, and Coordination from the beginning to the end.
We found Nafika through a reply on this website for a 7-day Lemosho route. We didn't know much about it.
However, what we experienced was phenomenal hospitality.
They're competitively priced, and have some of the best coordinated staff (as we witnessed by looking at other tours along the way).
We were very pleased by the level of service (quality of food, camp set up [good tents], ability to adapt to our needs, etc).
Our lead guide, Mescaki, was very practical and supportive.
I had my struggles along the way, and he provided reassurance and encouragement as well as active medical check-ins, and helped us finally summit and descend. There were also many members of staff (11 in total for the 2 of us), that were instrumental in our entire trek.
When selecting a provider, do not underestimate the importance of how the trek is paced, and how they can accommodate to your needs - it is absolutely critical.
The founder, Elias, has done a great job in putting together a quality team.
We found Nafika by pure luck, and given we're normally picky, I wouldn't hesitate to book them again and recommend them to friends & family (by the way we were vegetarian, and never felt short of options)

Our family of 5 trekked to the top of Kili with Nafika and had a memorable experience even with a cold and cloudy summit day. Elias made the pre-voyage organisation easy. Our guides Aloyise, Max and Frank were kind, fun knowledgeable - they were concerned for our health and made the trek easy and enjoyable. Arnold our cook was a star, even magically baking a cake for my wife's birthday even though he only learned about it the morning of.
Nafika is highly professional, locally owned and makes the trek a luxurious experience. The team ensured our camps were always set up in the best spots, that we never went hungry and always felt safe and cared for including the daily health checks for everyone (oxygen levels, blood pressure etc) and private toilet.
