⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Five stars isn’t enough – truly above and beyond
5/5

This trip exceeded every expectation I had and then some. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely unforgettable.

The gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest was nothing short of life-changing. Being so close to these incredible animals in their natural habitat is something that stays with you forever. The trek itself was well organised, safe, and handled with real respect for both visitors and wildlife.

After the intensity of the jungle, Lake Bunyonyi was the perfect contrast. Peaceful, beautiful, and restorative – surrounded by islands, birds, and calm waters. Swimming, relaxing, and taking it all in felt like the ideal way to end such an adventure.

What truly elevated this trip to a 5-star-plus experience was the people behind it.

Sandra was outstanding from the very beginning. She was always responsive on WhatsApp and email, kept me fully up to date at every stage, and made sure I felt informed and confident before and during the trip. Her communication was excellent – professional, warm, and reliable.

When Gilbert took over as my guide and driver, the experience went to another level. He was truly amazing. Throughout the journey he explained everything in detail, from the landscapes to local culture, and constantly checked that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his knowledge, patience, and care made the entire trip feel effortless.

This was a five-star experience and more – exceptionally well organised, deeply memorable, and handled by people who genuinely care about what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip to anyone considering gorilla trekking and Lake Bunyonyi. An unforgettable journey from start to finish.

We had a fantastic time. We were very lucky to have Kenneth looking after us from the minute we met him. He kept us safe and became a friend from the start to finish he was someone we will always remember with that amazing experience we had I also had a lot to do with Sandra who I had 1 million questions for and she was always very quick to reply. An absolute delight to deal with. I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot recommend Kenneth as your driver and Sandra for all of the business side. We had the best holiday everyone in Uganda is so nice and accommodating … too much food not complaining my husband loved it

Best tour we can do to discover all the beauty of Uganda
5/5

I stayed 10 days in Uganda. Ten days that allowed me to realize the beauty of this country — not only because of its exceptional nature, but also thanks to the kindness and warmth of its people. The tour organized by Sandra and her team makes it possible to truly discover this beautiful country. Many activities are scheduled almost every day, and the entire tour is well-managed from start to finish. Gerald, my driver, made it possible for me to explore the country and made me feel safe throughout the whole trip. I highly recommend choosing this very professional company. I fell in love with this country thanks to them!

Truly a fantastic experience!
5/5

We went on the 5 days trip to queen Elizabeth park + gorilla trekking in Bwindi. It was a great trip and we had the best guide, Tony, who went above and beyond to make the best trip for us! His since of navigations is out of this world and he always have a fun fact to add.

From the beginning we were a bit skeptical since we had heard that people had been scammed for their safari trips in Uganda's. We made sure to call the accommodations to see that there were reservations, seeing that the permit was accurate for the right date and also getting a receipt for our purchase. Jeiski met our expectations and Sandra, who works at the office in Kampala and provided the trip, even came to our hotel the day before for payments and a briefing of the entire trip. She was really nice and went out of our way if we had any wishes. She replied quickly to our messages. We were happy with the service and felt safe throughout the experience.

The accommodations we stayed at differed. We weren't a major fan of the enchama game lodge where we stayed our first two nights since the rooms had no aircon/fans and became very warm. The other two accommodations though were truly amazing. One up in the mountains with a fantastic view over Bwindi and the other at an island in lake bouyonyi.

All food was included. At evenings there were three course meal which was a set menu often with a soup for starters, a main dish and then fruit/dessert. The food varied in taste, but all and all very nice to have a nice cooked meal in the evening. Lunches were often backed sandwiches with a boiled egg from the hotel.

I would recommend going with jeiski tours and definitely doing the gorilla trekking in Bwindi! Ones in a life time experience! I felt safe and it was price worthy, remember that the permit to see the gorillas it self is 800$. Thank you for a memorable trip

I booked a 5 day safari through Jeisking Tours and Sandra was beyond helpful when it came to tailoring our itinerary to meet our needs. She responded very quickly when we had any question and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our experience! Tony was our guide and driver and he so friendly and helpful throughout our 5 day safari and gorilla trekking experience! He was also a very good driver and navigated through Queen Elizabeth national park and between our activities and accommodations with ease.

I will happily recommend booking your safari/tour with Jeisking tours.

Fall into Ugandan beauty
5/5

Hello, we've been on a 5-day tour of Uganda. There are a number of options when choosing a tour company. But I recommend this company. Sandra always gives quick and accurate contact and feedback. There were a lot of companies that were cheaper, but Sandra's quick response and feedback made me decide on a tour with the JEISKING TOURS company. Also, the our guide Bialuhanga was the best guide. He led us on our comfortable journey and told us a lot about the beauty of Uganda. I highly recommend it if you're in any trouble. Uganda is a very beautiful country and it's well worth the trip.
