The tour guide Songe was an experienced driver. He communicated with other tour guides during the safari game drive so that we could see many kinds of animals. He allowed us to go see sunset. Flexible schedule. The guide was always on time. Hotel choice was excellent.

Unforgettable Kenyan Safari – Enriching, Educational & Full of Wonder
Our recent safari through Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Masai Mara was nothing short of extraordinary. From vast landscapes and abundant wildlife to peaceful boat rides and thrilling game drives, every destination offered something unique and memorable.
What truly elevated the experience was our guide, Phillip. In addition to being highly knowledgeable and experienced in spotting wildlife and explaining their behavior, he enriched our journey with engaging conversations on Kenyan history, politics, and current affairs—something we truly appreciated during the long drives.
Our 10-year-old daughter was completely engaged throughout. Phillip answered her many questions with patience and warmth, turning every moment into a fun learning experience for her as well.
This safari was a perfect blend of adventure, discovery, and meaningful connection—with nature and people. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience
Everything was perfectly organized, drop on and off, meals, communication. Our driver was amazing, he knew very well the park and was able to spot many animals. It was a great experience and we always felt safe!

Very keen on meeting all our needs and requests
My sister and I had a 5 day safari: Amboseli - Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara. Our guide Philip really made the difference and tried to show us all the big five. Kenya is definitely a touristy destination but the Masai Mara has a lot to offer, nature wise. However I would suggest to focus more on the Amboseli and the Mara, possibly spending 3 full days on game drives in the Mara. If you are tight on time, skip Lake Naivasha: the distances here take a very long time that you take away from the safari itself.
With Mimsoft: after my quote request, Steve immediately contacted me To know my budget and my requests. He also suggested an amazing tented camp right at the gate of the Mara that was amazing. We had an issue with the Lake Naivasha Resort that did not have an hair dryer in the property : at first they said no, but Steve helped us and we finally got it. Mind it was raining and 13 Celsius outside and we had to remove the dust of the Amboseli. The food was also bad there, with very little choice. That resort was the only disappointment in an otherwise amazing experience. Mimsoft provided a really great service.

We couldn’t ask better
Steve gave us an amazing private tour based on our budget and our needs (that was the best offer that we received) Was really easy to communicate with him during the planning process. Our guide Chombo has been amazing, he was really helpful and very professional all the time. We spotted all the animals that we wanted to see, the emotions has been a lot!

Well Planned yet Flexible
Mimsoft safaris was exceptional in the planning phase. Steve gave us all the details to help us plan the tour and even helped to modify the itinerary to our liking with utmost ease and patience.
During the safari, Isaiah, our safari guide was really knowledgeable about local culture and safari in general. He was very accommodating to all our requests and was fun to be around too.
Our guide had good communication with other safari drivers to take us to the animal spotting. Within 2 days, we say 36 lions, 6 cheetahs, a leopard, buffalos, elephants and much much more. Even saw lions in the hunt along with an amazing african sunrise.
Although, we could have used more experience to get to spots to view the river crossing. But I understand, this is random and depends on the animals too.
All services were provided as stated out in the itinerary with minor hiccups here and there which is normal. Make sure to confirm all accommodation bookings before hand.
Overall, you will enjoy your safari with MIMSOFT. They are great value for money and operate the tour with compassion and without any fuss. Professionals at their job !! I definitely recommend :D

I had an unforgettable 5-day private safari in the Masai Mara organized by Mimsoft Safaris. From the very beginning, their customer service impressed me they offered a fully tailored itinerary and responded quickly to my needs.
On safari, the real highlight was our guide Daglas who is knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about wildlife. Thanks to that, we spotted the Big Five and so much more. It was everything a wildlife adventure should be.
The logistics were seamless: comfortable accommodation, reliable transport, thoughtful transfers, and excellent meals included in the package.
Overall, Mimsoft Safaris delivered an outstanding, hassle-free experience. For anyone looking at mid-range to luxury safari options in Kenya, I wholeheartedly recommend them.
