Life Changing Adventure with Heart of Serengeti ARTS
5/5

We had a truly wonderful safari trip from start to finish. Even before booking, all our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, which already gave us a great feeling about the whole experience.

Upon arriving in Tanzania, we were picked up exactly as agreed. Everyone from Heart of Serengeti ARTS we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.

The accommodations throughout the trip were all excellent, and the food was amazing everywhere, including the lunches on the road. But the absolute highlight was the game drives in the different national parks.

Our guide, John, has an incredible depth of knowledge about the animals, plants, and the region, as well as the traditions and culture of Tanzania. He shared so much with us in a clear and engaging way, and we learned a great deal. John always knew the best spots to view wildlife, and thanks to his expertise, we often found ourselves right where the animals crossed near our vehicle or in the perfect position to see them at their most active. His passion for the wildlife made every moment magical.

I want to sincerely thank John and the entire Heart of Serengeti ARTS team, especially Geofrey Mpina, for creating such an unforgettable experience. I am already looking forward to returning and booking another safari with them.

Adventure Beyond Words
5/5

Organized with my brother almost by chance, this was the most exciting experience we have had so far. Heart of Serengeti ARTS was able to meet all our needs and gave us an experience that was absolutely mind-blowing. Despite our delayed flight, Geofrey Mapina had arranged for a staff member to patiently wait for us at the airport. From that moment on, we were welcomed with warmth and care, surrounded by a growing sense of wonder and excitement.

All the staff we encountered were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind, from the team at Siafu Lodge with its breathtaking view over Lake Manyara to the staff at every tented lodge and campsite we stayed in during the safari.

We would especially like to thank Kennedy, our guide throughout the safari, who accompanied us on our journey through Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro with absolute excellence. Always ready to answer our questions in detail, he conveyed to us the beauty of a wild land, rich not only in animals, but also in lush greenery, culture, and tradition. Kennedy created a wonderful bond within our group and made our trip unforgettable.

We feel incredibly lucky to have met such amazing people and to have seen so many animals in their natural habitat, learning about their habits and the land they call home.

For anyone who wants to experience the same emotions we did, we highly recommend organizing your trip with Heart of Serengeti ARTS and asking to be accompanied by Kennedy on your safari.

Amazing guide with excellent experience
5/5

For our honeymoon we booked a safari trip to Tanzania. Our guide Kennedy showed us this beautiful country and told us more about the history and living here. Driving through villages, passing Masai with their cattle next to the road or looking at the beautiful nature, Kennedy always explained what we saw. And then the safari (game drives) themselfs: we went to Arusha National Park, Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro crater. Kennedy knows his way around all these parks, knows where and how to find the animals and how to safely drive sometimes slippery and usualy bumpy roads. One example about Kennedy’s service: We weren’t really lucking with the lions, but Kennedy never gave up. On our way out of Serengeti, he decided to try one last time and turn into a different road because he knew it was lion territory: and there we were surprised with two adult male lions and three adult female lions, just right infront of the vehicle.
It was amazing to have Kennedy as our guide and we look back on amazing days on the mainland of Tanzania.

This safari was the best thing we have ever done, we travelled to Zanzibar for our honeymoon and the days we did through the Serengeti were by far the highlight. We had the pleasure to spend the days with Kennedy who made the trip truly special. We have already recommended them our friends who are looking to go soon. I can’t praise them enough, the stays which were booked for us were truly incredible, a real 5* experience

We are very satisfied with the excellent coordination and the expertise demonstrated by the team tha
5/5

The coordination of the different activities was excellent, especially considering their complexity and the variety of locations we visited.

We would particularly like to recognize our guide, not only for his outstanding knowledge of the local wildlife and exceptional skills as a guide, but also for sharing so much about the country’s customs, traditions, and culture.

Thanks to the many hours we spent talking with him, we are taking home a small piece of Tanzania with us. By the end of the trip, he had become much more than our guide—he truly felt like a member of our family.

Very knowledgeable and interesting guide
5/5

Kennedy, our guide, did an outstanding job of spotting hard to find animals. He was always very nice to our family of five and took the time to share tons of information about the beautiful country of Tanzania, it's people and the animals we saw at our game drives.

Hope to visit again in the future.

Kennedy is a family man and understood us as a family - and in 1 week he became our family.
5/5

The Serengeti is not for the feint-hearted. It is hundreds of miles of unpaved roads - can understand the humour about the Serengeti massage. We had a good laugh as we were like Ace Ventura in When Nature Calls - remember how he was bouncing around in the car? Think of doing that for 7hr straight. Yet, Kennedy, our driver, kept his thoughts to himself and went with the flow. We saw EVERYTHING!!!!!!!. Even Mufasa & Serabi mating. Lack of privacy was observed, but they seemed oblivious to onlookers. We saw Melman and his family, Gloria and her family and Marty and his family. We saw colonel Hatti and his family and Rafiki and his family. And there was Shenzi, Banzi and Ed. The Crater at Ngorongoro Park was surreal. The lakes within the crater was brill! Our camps were sooooo not what we expected - safe, but so comfortable. You just did not miss the creature comforts. The peace and tranquil of the Serengeti is heart-warming. Our staff were polite, welcoming, thoughtful, - to make your stay memorable.
We were informed of our schedules for the next day at every evening after meals. Most important - Kennedy listened to what we wanted and gave us our desires within reason - as long as we were not breaking any rules or regulations. The Great Migration was breath-taking. The experience was like being part of an Attenborough adventure. It was value for money and we recommend our guide. Asante Saana.
