Wonderful!
From the start, it was clear Rafiki Tembo was a leader in customer service. I had looked at several companies, but none of them matched the friendliness and thoughtful attention of Rafiki Tembo. I loved that they provided options and answered all our questions promptly. They made us feel welcome to requested changes and tailor our trip to be perfect for us. Our guides were so fun and friendly - we instantly felt like we were traveling with a good friend. All the accommodations were wonderful. One thing I really appreciated was the Rafiki Tembo team kept in touch throughout our trip, making sure we were happy. And at the end of our trip - wow, we had a lovely meeting, told some stories, and were made to feel quite special. For planning trips like this - its all about communicating expectations and needs and they we so professional. I cannot recommend the Rafiki Tembo team highly enough!

Rafiki communicated all aspects of the tour in an upfront and professional manner. Accommodations and suggestions were made to our itinerary making the experience beyond our expectations. This experience will go down in my memory as one of the best!
Having never gone on a safari I really had no idea what I to expect but after the trip was over I was overwhelmed by it all. The personal attention to detail, the way things were so organized, the amount of broad knowledge that both guides shared with our group was so helpful.
We saw over 38 mammals and over a hundred different species of birds.
I also appreciated the respect the guides gave to the animals while at times there were several jeeps jockeying for position. Our guide was thoughtful to the animals while still getting close enough for great photo opportunities.
I always felt safe and assured that the day would be spectacular. We actually saw the BIG 5 the first couple of days of our 10 day experience. It was unforgettable!
