"Nightmare"
Terrible experience. Totally disorganized. They don't even give you a receipt when you give them money, they didn't book the rooms they told you or the flights. Unreliable! They don't give you back a single euro of what they promised you. Rely on an agency that rather charges you more but doesn't screw you over because it ruins a beautiful experience.

I would like to clarify this review. We have never done a safari with this client, and we do not recognize this booking or transaction.
Could you please ask the client why they posted this review on our tour company’s profile? We would appreciate it if they could provide the booking confirmation, invoice, payment receipt, or any other proof showing that they booked and traveled with our company.
We are concerned that this review may have been posted on the wrong company profile and is affecting our reputation unfairly.
