Disappointed
I absolutely do not recommend booking with this agency. We paid €50 more per person than others who booked through Viator for exactly the same experience. On top of that, despite the high price, you end up crammed into a car with many other people. The schedule was also not respected—we spent less time in the park than written, meaning we didn’t get the experience we were promised. To make matters worse, on the last night at the hotel, there was no water available, so we couldn’t even shower.

Regarding Pricing and Inclusions
In the safari industry, different operators offer varying levels of service. Our packages are designed to be comprehensive and stress-free, including full pick-up and drop-off services and an all-inclusive meal plan—including lunch on the final day, which is not always standard. Additionally, for our group-joining tours, guests often stay at different lodges or camps. The price differences you observed often reflect the specific accommodation tier and the logistical inclusions unique to our service.
The Water Interruption
We sincerely apologize for the lack of water on your final night. This was an unfortunate incident caused by wild elephants damaging the main water pipes while migrating through the area. While this was an act of nature beyond our immediate control, our partner hotel team worked urgently to repair the burst pipes and restore service as quickly as possible.
Game Drive Duration
Regarding the schedule, our full-day game drives run from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This provides 10 hours of immersive wildlife viewing, which we believe is an extensive and fulfilling experience. We limit our drives to these hours to respect our guides' well-being and ensure they remain alert and safe for our guests, rather than pushing until 7:00 PM.

Amazing safari tour
We just finished a 3-day safari in the Maasai Mara and it was truly an amazing experience. We saw an incredible abundance of wildlife and were treated with such warmth by everyone we met. Fantastic Trip
We booked this trip as a 30th Birthday present for my daughter. Loved every minute especially roaming the Massai Mara on the lookout for the ‘Big Five’ animals. Our tour guide George was brilliant, very knowledgeable and patient with excellent communication skills. The trip to the Massai village gave us a chance to embrace and enjoy the local culture.

Truly incredible
We had a great time in the Masai Mara, our tour guide George was very experienced and was able to find many animals. George made extra effort to ensure we saw as much animals as we could, giving us plenty time at some of our favourite sightings. We saw lions, cheetah, elephants, leopard and much more. The accomodation was nice and had hot water. The overall communication was great, he was easy to contact and very reliable.

An absolute dream 7days safari
We booked a 7 day private tour for our family of 3 with our teenage son and it was easily the best trip we have ever taken. Right from our very first email the communication from the office team was incredible. They customized our itinerary perfectly so the daily driving times were manageable for a family and absolutely everything ran like clockwork from the moment we landed in Nairobi.
Every single park offered something unique. The Maasai Mara gave us unbelievable close up views of lions and cheetahs and Lake Nakuru was a massive highlight where we spotted both black and white rhinos. In Lake Naivasha the company organized a beautiful relaxing boat safari to see the hippos and birds which was a fantastic break from sitting in the truck. We finished up in Amboseli watching huge herds of elephants walk right past the spectacular clear backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.
What really made this company stand out was our incredible guide. His driving was exceptionally safe which was peace of mind for us his knowledge of the wildlife was top tier and he went above and beyond every single day to ensure our family was comfortable. The 4x4 landcruiser was spotless spacious and perfect for taking photos.

A tourist expedition of a lifetime from the best tour safaris savanna sojourn in the heart of mara
I took a solo trip to the Maasai Mara in December 2025 and had the most amazing time. The organization was flawless right from the Nairobi pickup. Outstanding accommodation, wonderful interactions with the Maasai community, and we saw so many incredible animals with the group. A truly spectacular trip that I’d repeat in a heartbeat!
