Amazing five day safari with Savanna Sojourns
We had a five day private family safari with savannah sojourns. The company responded promptly to our customized private safari request and communications with the company throughout planning and the safari was excellent. We visited Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. The safari vehicle was clean and in great condition. Our driver George was amazing. He did his best for us to see as much as possible. He was very experienced and spotted the best viewpoint on each occasion comparing to other safari drivers. He was very responsive to our requests. Thanks George. Despite it was a mid range tour regarding to accommodation, the places we stayed (SOPA Lodges and Resort) were top notch. It was an amazing experience with Savanna Sojourns and George.

George was very professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and kind.
Our tour operator a very good experience, a FANTASTIC one. We had a private with more flexibility and I would recommend it. We were allowed to stop for pictures, extract souvenirs, etc. The back office staff for support is equally good. The game drives, village tours and water safari was great. The lodging at Maasai campsite lower standard than I anticipated, but the staff and dinners there were excellent.

Skilled and pleasent guidance
Two and a half days of great experiences and really comfortable driving on both roads and off road. The guide George was skilled at maneuvering the car so we had good opportunities to experience and not least photograph the wildlife. Can definitely be recommended.
It was a tour that met my expectations.
The tour itself was good. Our guide did a great job driving from different angles so we could enjoy better views during the safari. He also remembered our request in advance and made sure we had comfortable seats, which we really appreciated. There was also drinking water and charging ports available in the vehicle, which was very convenient. Thank you for your thoughtful service.
One small suggestion is that a bit more communication during the tour would make the experience even better. Since many visitors hope to see the Big Five, a little more explanation would be nice.
I’m currently traveling around the world and have joined many tours in remote places. Separate from your company, I feel that Masai Mara itself has become a very commercialized tourist destination, but the overall system still has room for improvement. At the lodge, there was no hot water, and we were simply told to shower the next day without any alternative. At the buffet restaurant where we stopped, there was no food available for quite a while, so we had to wait before we could eat. During the safari, several jeeps also blocked the animals’ path. Also... I don’t think I would recommend visiting the Maasai village.
I hope the overall quality of the Masai Mara continues to improve. Also I wish your company continued success.

Savanna Sojourns give me a excellent safari for my first time of my life. This was very wonderful. The organization by the agency is very serious, very reactive about any question on whatapps. Futhermore, the cost of safari is really profitable for the day and activity. I recommend Savanna Sojours for any person to want discover the univers of safari in Kenya with good itenary, and good lodges too.

Super professional operator that made our Safari unforgettable
Me and my wife have been on a tour days private Safari in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru on which we had the privilege to see the big five. This Safari has been incredibile and our driver George was super available to satisfy any request we made. We really recommend this tour operator, you won’t regret it!

We had an amazing safari experience with Savanna Sojourns Safari. We were lucky enough to see both the Big Five and the Ugly Five, which made the trip absolutely unforgettable. Our driver and guide, Steve, was fantastic; truly the best! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and fully committed throughout the whole safari. He made a huge effort to find the animals, drove us all around the reserve and was always very attentive and focused on giving us the best possible experience. He was also very funny and made the whole safari even more enjoyable. We had such a great time with him, and his good energy made every moment special. You could really see how dedicated he was to his job and how much he cared about making the safari unforgettable for us. Highly recommended, and a very special thank you to Steve!
