Tanzania Adventure
4/5

We were looking for a last-minute vacation destination (one month in advance).

I had it in my head that October was an excellent month to visit Tanzania (and I wasn't wrong).

After being turned down by a local agency because it was "too late to organize everything properly at a reasonable price," I remembered a jeep that had stopped for some participants of "Pekin Express" earlier in the year and the advertisement covering the rear wheels: "All Wheels Experience" with a picture of a gazelle.

So we contacted the company to see if they could help us. We had in mind Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, a visit to a Maasai village and the coffee plantations at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, and if possible, a trip to Lake Natron, all within nine days.

And… Mr. Edward’s answer was “yes,” a fully organized tour with everything we wanted except for Lake Natron, but in exchange, a refreshing dip in the Chemka Hot Springs (which, for those used to hot springs, isn’t quite that hot).

The total price, including airport transfers, comfortable hotels, full board, park entrance fees for the safaris, and a French-speaking driver-guide, was reasonable.

We toured the parks with Mr. Amani, who answered our questions and guided us to where the animals were, almost as if we had a pre-arranged appointment. We saw the Big Five, many other animals from all groups, territorial fights among monkeys, mating displays, vultures, hyenas and leopards feeding, lions with full bellies, cheetahs hunting, and lots of cubs.

After our safari with Mr. Amani, thanks to Mr. Edward, we visited a Maasai tribe during a ceremony. This allowed us to see them in their beautiful traditional attire, complete with accessories, and to observe their rituals without being distracted by our presence. An unforgettable experience.

The last leg of our trip was at the foot of Kilimanjaro. We hiked to discover a waterfall amidst breathtaking vegetation, encountered numerous chameleons, and participated in a coffee workshop where we learned the entire process, including a tasting. Another experience we won't soon forget.

And finally, we explored Chemka Hot Springs, where we were literally blown away. The pictures found online don't do it justice. A word of advice: bring goggles and a mask to see the bottom.

Otherwise, communication was easy and efficient. Plus, you're supporting a local business.
Asante Sana

Fun and excited...
4/5

We would like to thank Mr Edward of Wheel Experience for making our 3 nights tour in Moshi and Arusha so memorable. We also like to thank the tour guides, Mr Lucas and Mr Atman for teaching us to sing the “Jumbo” song. Not to forget, our driver Mr Hamdan for excellent driving and assisting us with halal meals.

The package is simple but we have so much funs especially visiting Kilimanjaro and Serval Wildlife. The accommodation in Moshi is just like staying at home while in Arusha full of greens. You guys are the best!!!
