Excellent safari and guide
We had a wonderful experience with Serengeti Silence. They were easy to deal with, responsive and helpful at every stage of the booking. I would have no hesitation in booking again with them in the future.
Our safari drives were in Arusha NP, Tarangire NP and Ngorongoro Crater. All three days were wonderful and we saw so many animals and birds. In particular, my favourite was Tarangire but all three parks were great and we even visited a Masai village which was an amazing experience.
Our guide Champion was a very pleasant, skilful and professional guide. He put everything he had into ensuring we were comfortable and made sure we got the best out of every day. A lovely young man that we were all very fond of.

Excellent service and erything worked according to schedule.
Excellent communications, great service and very good value for money. Champion, our driver for 3 days across 3 different safari parks was extremely pleasant, highly reliable and very knowledgeable about the different parks, animals, birds, plants, local culture and geology. He brought us to an authentic Masai village which was an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

The 3 day safari trip was excellent. Everything was covered.
Everything was covered. 3 different safaris all meals accommodation hotels, guide, all excellent. The car was very comfortable too. Our guide was Champion- he was fabulous, very knowledgable about everything & a great driver. He was friendly and polite also. We saw all the animals, but sadly no leopard this time! Champion very good at spotting the animals and birds. A once in a lifetime experience! Highly recommend!
Holiday of a lifetime with Serengeti Silence.
The tour operator was very responsive and helpful and responded to all queries in a timely manner.
We visited three safari reservations:
Arusha
Tarangere
Ngorngoro
Each one was even more spectacular than the last. Words cannot describe how amazing an experience it was!
Our tour guide Champion was so experienced and ensured we had the best views of all the animals.
Champion was friendly and polite and attended to our every need.
A delicious hot lunch was provided each day.

Fabulous trip and guide, all things catered for and great effort to find locate the animals
All was organised smoothly. Transport comfortable, picnic everyday and accommodations great. Champion was a great guide and explained many aspects of the animals and environments while telling it with a good sense of humour.
We did 3 safaris. All were great so can’t praise one over the other. Arusha, we did walking safari with 2 rangers and were up close to giraffes about 20 feet!! Unreal.
Second safari in Tarangina we saw loads of elephants and a lion family up a tree, amazing!
Third was Ngorongoro crater which was beautiful and managed to see rhinos and a few prides of lions and visited a Masai village where we danced with the locals and visit their homes and school. It was a great experience.
Champion explained everything very well and taught us some Masai phrases to use on our arrival.
All in all a great trip !!
Highly recommended!
Fantastic
Everything was very well organised by Serengeti Silence.
Included accommodation was great.
Our guide, Champion, dealt with all logistics very smoothly.
The safaris: Arusha, Tarangiri and Ngorongoro were amazing.
Giraffe and water buffalo in Arusha while on walking tour.
Elephants, zebra, cheetah and, amazingly close experience of lions in Tarangiri. Champion went above and beyond to allow us see a family of lions.
Rhino, zebra, antelopes, a pride of lions, and a lionness scratching her flank against our vehicle (!) in Ngorongoro.
Ngorongoro provided the experience of all animals together : wildebeest, antelopes, etc.
Champion, our guide, was outstanding: so professional, knowledgeable and capable.
He brought us to a Maasaai village in the Ngorongoro conservation area.
He mad it a trip to remember!

Good experience
We had a great experience on safari with Serengeti Silence. The communication in advance was perfectly organised. We went to Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Lake Manyara. All parks were incredible and thanks to our guide we saw a lot of animals including the big five.

Do not book the Luxury Package, it falls well below other agencies standards
I will stick to the facts so this review is not biased. We booked the Luxury Package on SafariBookings.com, but Serengeti Silence (linked to the sister companies Serengeti Smile and Stars, same boss) did not deliver the luxury standard offered by other agencies.
The positives:
- Amazing wildlife.
- Knowledgeable guide.
- Nice hotels.
What went wrong:
- Lunch quality: Our first lunch was a barely edible sandwich box, while many other groups received hotel-prepared meals with hampers, cutlery and tablecloths. After I complained, they reluctantly upgraded us but responded defensively and made us feel guilty for expecting the standard that other agencies offered.
- Vehicle condition: The windshield was already cracked on pickup day (see photo), a safety concern on rocky roads. The phone charger was also broken.
- Unnecessary detour: We lost nearly 1h stopping at their office over an alleged unpaid balance. Everything was already settled, and they later said the stop was only to collect lunch boxes, which could have been collected before picking us up.
- Poor preparation: They forgot to provide binoculars on the first day.
- Last-minute surcharge: A few weeks before departure, they charged an extra $80 per person (including children) due to fuel prices, despite our signed quote and deposit. We had no real option but to pay or cancel.
For these reasons, I cannot recommend this agency. Their unprofessionalism irretrievably marred what should have been a dream safari.

Wonderful Parks and animals!
We had a wonderful family safari with Serengeti Silence. Everything was well organized, and the experience met our expectations. Our guides, Domi and Sanare, were friendly, knowledgeable, and made every game drive enjoyable. They helped us spot amazing wildlife and made the trip memorable for both adults and children. Highly recommended! Thanks!
