After comparing several safari companies based on my budget, preferred dates, and customer reviews, I decided to get in touch with Elite Ways. Looking back, I’m so glad I did.
From the very beginning, Susan made the whole booking process easy. Booking a safari from overseas and sending money to a company you’ve never used can be a little nerve-racking, but Susan was always quick to reply, professional, patient, and incredibly kind. She answered every question I had with care, always reassured me, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. More than the great reviews, it was Susan’s warmth and professionalism that gave me the confidence to book with EliteWays.
While I was spending some time in Kenya, I recommended EliteWays to a friend, and we ended up going on the safari together. She also dealt with Susan and had exactly the same experience. Even when we asked questions we’d already covered, just to reassure ourselves, Susan was always happy to answer them again. That level of patience and customer service really stood out.
On the day of the safari, we had the pleasure of being picked up by Sospeter. He arrived on time in a spotless, well-maintained vehicle, complete with binoculars for us to use. We were also incredibly lucky to have the vehicle to ourselves, which made the experience even more special.
Sospeter was fantastic. His knowledge of the wildlife was genuinely impressive, and it was clear how passionate he is about what he does. He seemed to know every bird, every animal, and was always happy to share interesting facts without overwhelming us. We also had some wonderful conversations about Kenya, its culture, and everyday life. By the end of the trip, it honestly felt like we had spent the day with a friend.
He really went out of his way to give us the best experience possible, making sure we had great views of the wildlife while always respecting the animals. We saw so many elephants, beautiful birds, and plenty of other wildlife. One of the highlights was the sunset in Amboseli. Sospeter made sure we reached the perfect spot in time, and it was honestly one of the most beautiful sunsets either of us has ever seen.
Throughout the safari we felt safe, relaxed, and very well looked after. The mid-range accommodation was good, comfortable, and with good dinner and breakfast.
We came away with amazing memories, incredible photographs, and an even greater appreciation for Kenya and its wildlife.
A huge thank you to Susan for making the booking process so smooth and reassuring, and to Sospeter for sharing not only his knowledge but also his genuine love for Kenya and its wildlife. They are both wonderful at what they do and truly reflect the warmth and hospitality of the country.

Sospeter's expertise and passion turned an amazing safari into an unforgettable adventure.
Epic. Our African safari with Eliteways Travel exceeded every expectation and was one of the best family vacations we've ever taken.
From the beginning, Eliteway worked with us to create a custom itinerary that was perfect for our family. We visited four incredible national parks, spent time in Nairobi at both the beginning and end of the trip, experienced a breathtaking sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Maasai Mara followed by a champagne brunch, and were fortunate enough to see the Big Five. Every accommodation was excellent and offered tremendous value.
What truly made the trip unforgettable was having a dedicated guide for our family throughout the entire week. Sospeter was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making every day special. By the end of the trip, he felt like an extension of our family, and we've stayed in touch ever since.

The PERFECT first Safari
The safari and experience in Africa was perfect. Great weather, we visited 4 parks and saw every animal on our list including there Big 5 several times over. I 100% recommend Eliteways Travel and Sospeter. His team was very helpful, and patient, while we planned our first safari. The execution of the safari was equally impressive. Eliteways communicated often and kept us informed of keys dates prior to arriving in Kenya. Once in Kenya, the Eliteways team was our personal guide and consigner. From airport pick up, trips around Nairobi prior to the safari, the team was perfect. Sospeter was our guide and his knowledge of Kenya, Africa and safari’s is exceptional. We visited 4 national parks as well as sites and tours around Nairobi. Eliteways made it all happen and was open to any changes we needed. Our 10 days in Kenya are memories that myth family will have forever and I can’t thank Sospeter enough for his hospitably and now friendship. We look forward to returning to Kenya and spending more time the Eliteways team!

Planning the visit was effortless. I reached out just a couple of days in advance and Sospeter made everything work smoothly. Responsive and flexible from the start.
On the day, we visited Nairobi National Park, the Giraffe Centre, and did a city tour. Sospeter was remarkably knowledgeable about the animals and the park, and he actively sought out the animals I most wanted to see. He also took professional photos throughout the safari, which was a lovely touch.
Nairobi National Park was simply unforgettable. I got to see a lion, a lioness, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and more. The Giraffe Centre was an absolute highlight too; feeding the giraffes is completely worth it.

Amazing!
It was an incredible experience. Sospetre is a fantastic guide—you can tell he knows the safari extremely well, and at the same time he genuinely enjoys sharing anecdotes and interesting facts about the animals and the history of his country.
He also provides binoculars and a camera, and is always attentive, making sure you are as comfortable as possible. He is very punctual, and with him you can completely forget about any kind of problem. It was clear that the people in the park knew him and welcomed him warmly.
We were left wanting to come back and do it all over again!
