Super Professional and Very Thoughtful!
We had a great time with Andrew. He picked us up in Rwanda and drove us across the border into Uganda with no problems.

The right choice to visit and experience Uganda
Uganda was a pleasant discovery and Candrem Expedition the best guide.
Andrew is kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
The accommodations were clean, comfortable and suitable for the context, without being too luxurious and impersonal.
The activities and safari were interesting, engaging and well organised; we saw lots of animals: everything we were looking for...and more!
The transfers, sometimes a little long, but always comfortable and with the right times and breaks.
Uganda and the tour were beyond our expectations!

Proactive, trustworthy
A cool safari operator with an interesting tour guide, Allani, who was helpful, explained a lot and told stories about Africa, talked about nature and the places we passed and visited. The accommodation was good, but it is worth asking for details about each one separately, because in our case, one location did not match the standard described and shown in the photos in the offer. The meals were simple but tasty. The car was relatively new, clean and in good technical condition. Overall, the company is worth recommending. It is important to clarify and agree on everything in advance so that expectations are met and there are no surprises. Unfortunately, they do not guarantee that you will see all the animals, and we did not see any lions during the safari. Well, that's nature, and there are no guarantees. Definitely worth seeing are the gorillas, chimpanzees, walking safari with zebras and giraffes, and the canal in Elizabeth Park with elephants, buffalos and hippos by the water. Remember that all drinks are paid for at your own expense at meal times. And you should have plenty of small dollar bills for tips, because they are given everywhere due to the low wages of the local population, and they are expected and welcome.

Once in a lifetime experience!
The tour with Candrem has been a once in a lifetime experience! If it wasn’t for Andrew and his rearrangements of our trip we wouldn’t have been able to do it.
They helped us accomplish some of the best experiences such as the Gorilla trekking, that was a blast, or the game drives in Marchison falls.
All lodges were wonderful and right for our budget and Timothy’s company was the last bit that concluded this ultimate experience!

I was worried a lot before planning this trip since it was my first visit to Africa as a solo female traveler. I'm very lucky to travel with them:) The price was reasonable, and I experienced every activities that was included in the itinerary without extra hidden charges. Timothy was a reliable guide and a great photographer. Thanks to him, I felt safe throughout the trip. I will definitely travel with them again if I have a chance to travel Rwanda and Uganda in the future:) Highly recommended!

Smooth planning and very good quality!
I was very lucky to travel for the golden monkey and gorilla safari with the Candrem Expedition.
The whole booking process was straightforward and very transparent. Andrew and the team organized everything perfectly. There was a good communication before and during the travel.
Accommodation and activities were very good! Blair, the guide, was great and had everything under control. We could also discuss for hours!
All in all, it was a perfect safari. The gorilla and golden monkey treks, and canoe trip were wonderful, and so were the scenery and people we met on the way!

Perfect organization and excellent experience
We did 4 days tour with Andrew and everything was perfect. Organization was perfect and we have more than we expected. Accomodations was in a very good place and close to the nature
Food is also was very good.

Unforgettable experience!
I completed a 13 day safari throughout Uganda with Candrem and had Timothy as my guide.
Everything was extremely well planned and went off without a hitch. It was my first safari experience and I wasn’t sure what to expect but I absolutely loved it. From seeing the big 5, to trekking with chimps and gorillas, this trip had it all. There were some long days but that’s because we had lots to see! There were some fabulous lodges along the way and truly unforgettable experiences. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with and it was super easy to arrange. Can highly recommend Candrem Expeditions!
