Well organized, amazing holiday of 2weeks. Good communication in advance. Pick up from airport and accompanied for the whole trip. The guide was going out of his way to give us an experience of a lifetime.

Excellent service
Great concern by the Directors in regards to the hotel services. Reasonably priced tour company giving value for money . Great commitment and communication by the staff. Following your experience and concerns, Heritawi Safaris immediately took the matter seriously. We personally flew to Diani to inspect the hotel in question and conduct our own independent assessment. After a thorough evaluation, we made the decision to remove this property from our inventory until further notice and until it meets the standards required and approved by the Heritawi Safaris team.
Our guests’ comfort, safety, and overall experience are our highest priorities, and we do not compromise on quality. Your feedback played an important role in helping us take swift action, and for that, we are sincerely grateful.
