A Reliable and Wonderful Travel Partner – JourneyMark Tours
I would like to share my wonderful journey with JourneyMark Tours, starting from the very first day I connected with their team—especially **Tess**. She was truly outstanding and extremely responsive throughout the entire trip planning process, right up to the day I arrived in Kenya. Every query I had was addressed promptly and clearly, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind.
**David**, the director himself, is an incredibly kind, helpful, and intelligent person. From the very beginning, he felt like a close friend to me and my wife. From our first destination at **Amboseli National Park** to the final leg of our journey in Masai Mara, David went above and beyond to give us the best possible safari experience.
He genuinely tried his best to help us spot the "Big Five", and thanks to his expertise, we were able to see an incredible variety of wildlife and birds, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, white and black rhinos, Cape buffalo, black-striped jackals, hyenas, bushbucks, impalas, warthogs, zebras, giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, baboons, Egyptian geese, secretary birds, ostriches, flamingos, pelicans, grey crowned cranes, egrets, grey herons, southern hornbills, and many more. Special thanks to David for patiently reminding us of all these names!
David is also a fantastic photographer and helped us capture countless beautiful pictures together, making our memories even more special. I must also mention the "sundowners experience"—having wine under the open sky in the heart of Masai Mara was simply magical.
Many thanks to the JourneyMark team for making this trip truly unforgettable. I will cherish these memories forever.

Once in a Lifetime Experience
We just a finished a 9-day Safari with JourneyMark and it was like a dream. We did a private safari since we wanted to enjoy the drives on our own time. David was our guide and driver and we honestly couldn't ask for anyone better. He would explain everything to us and was very sharp in the game drives and knew exactly where and when to go. Also a great photographer! The car was also very good and comfortable and got us through muddy roads very easily. Also has a free WIFI and a cooler! We would do early morning and evening game drives every day. Not very crowded during this time of the year. The scenery and drives were just exceptional. Every part of the country was different and you never get bored. We did Amboseli, Samburu, Nakura, Naivasha, and Masai Mara. Samburu and Masai Mara were my favorites. We got to see all the big 5 and all the special 5. Overall, I couldn't recommend a Safari with JourneyMark enough! You will not regret it!

My first time in Kenya and Masai Mara was an amazing experience thanks to Journeymark and more specifically David, who was an amazing guide. The administrative team was very helpful and responsive to every queue or request prior and during the trip, and David (our guide) was extremely positive, happy and accommodative in every wish we had. I strongly recommend them as tour guides, even for safari novices like me and my friends. 10/10

Based on my experience, this tour operator is completely unreliable. They failed to uphold any trust
I experienced a significant financial loss of $2,150 while booking with Journeymark Tours & Travel. I was in contact with employees via official company email addresses, through which I received payment instructions. After I transferred the funds and received an initial confirmation, the company later claimed the payment was never received and no booking existed.
While the Kenya police investigated the matter, they were unable to recover the funds as they had been diverted to an account in Nigeria. This points to a severe breach of their internal communication security or official email channels. Despite my efforts and the involvement of SafariBookings, the matter remains unresolved and the funds have not been reimbursed.
This has been a devastating experience that led to the cancellation of a long-planned trip. I advise any traveler considering this operator to be extremely cautious and to double-verify all payment instructions through multiple channels before transferring any funds.

We take any claims of fraud or misrepresentation extremely seriously. Our company operates strictly through verified communication channels and official company payment details. We do not request payments through unofficial means, and we strongly advise all clients to verify payment instructions directly with our office before making any transfers.
We also want to emphasize that we have no record of a confirmed booking under your name corresponding to the claims mentioned, which further raises concerns about possible third-party interference or impersonation.
That said, we remain fully open to reviewing any new, verifiable information. If you are able to provide official documentation (such as confirmed email correspondence, payment proof, and transaction details) directly to both our office and SafariBookings, we are willing to cooperate fully to clarify the situation.

Well-organised, enriching and genuinely memorable learning experiences with JourneyMark Tours, Kenya
I had a truly rewarding experience with JourneyMark Tours. From the beginning, communication was prompt, clear and professional, making it easy to confirm both trips with confidence. The team was responsive to questions and provided all necessary details in good time, which made the process stress-free.
Our first tour to Nairobi national park was exceptionally well organised. Pick up was on time, the guide, David, was knowledgeable and engaging, and we were able to see a wide variety of wildlife in a short but well-paced game drive. The experience felt safe, educational, and well thought out, with the guide explaining animal behaviour in away that was both simple and insightful.
The visit to the Giraffe Centre was equally enjoyable. It was well timed and relaxed, allowing for meaningful interaction with the giraffes and plenty opportunity for photos and learning. The guide was patient, friendly, and attentive throughout.
In terms of value of money, the experience exceeded expectations, offering high quality service at a reasonable cost. Reliability was excellent, with everything running exactly as scheduled. JourneyMark Tours left such a positive impression that I confidently booked again with them.

We, my husband and I, went on a safari tour in Nakuru National Park, Kenya, with David last week, and it was truly the best time of our lives.
David was not just a tour guide—he is someone who is genuinely passionate about nature and clearly enjoys safaris just as much as his guests do. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and very funny, which made the entire experience even more special.
We saw so many amazing animals, including wild cats and a variety of birds, and David shared fascinating facts about each of them that made the experience so much richer and more memorable. He truly made our trip to Kenya unforgettable.
