Highly recommend
We contacted Bavuma after a warm recommendation we received from a traveler who went on their honeymoon. Bavuma organized our entire trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar, including choosing hotels and the itinerary. When we arrived in Tanzania, we met the company's team who picked us up from the airport and drove us to the hotel on the first night. They are a team of friendly people with whom we immediately became friends. The next day, we went on a safari in a dedicated Toyota vehicle, accompanied by a driver/guide with extensive knowledge and experience in the safari area. We managed to meet most of the types of animals that live in the safari area and spend the nights sleeping in excellent quality accommodation. At the end of the safari trip, the tour guide drove us to the airport, and from there we flew to Zanzibar. At the airport, one of the company's employees was waiting for us, who drove us to the hotel and accompanied us throughout our stay in Zanzibar. There is no doubt that if I repeat such a trip, I will do so with the help and through Bavuma.

Amazing safari through Tanzania
We got to see all the big five and see not just multiple parks, but stayed in some very lovely hotels. Tarimo, our safari guide, was exceptional and we loved getting to know him and his knowledge over a 5 day safari. Also loved we got to incorporate a couple days at Mt Kilimanjaro! Unforgettably Amazing Experience
Where do I begin? For this to have been nature, I felt like it was too good to be true. When I was a kid, Lion King was my favorite movie & I felt like I was living in it. So many lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, zebras, and more! I’m very thankful for an experience that I will never forget. Our guide Tarimo was very helpful, punctual, and knowledgeable. I felt well taken care of and safe during this experience. I can’t say enough good things about it all!

My African safari was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Every part of the trip felt thoughtfully planned and personalized to my interests, making it much more than just a vacation— big thanks to Joshua! The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating insights about the wildlife and local culture while ensuring every game drive was exciting and memorable. Our guide in Kenya, Ian, was very fluent in english and whatever i ask him about the wildlife in Masai Mara, he has very satisfying answers and has a very keen eye in spotting animals. Ludo, our guide in Serengeti is friendly and somewhat funny. He makes the dusty and bumpy road bearable. Seeing animals in their natural habitat was breathtaking, and each day brought new adventures and unforgettable moments. The accommodations were comfortable, the hospitality was exceptional, and the attention to detail made the entire journey seamless. We, too, explored and enjoyed the beautiful zanzibar beaches and had a very relaxing day or two. I returned home with amazing memories, stunning photos, and a deeper appreciation for Africa's incredible landscapes and wildlife. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic, unique, and unforgettable adventure. A once in a lifetime trip anyone should have!

Five Days of Incredible Wildlife
I went to Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro safari for 5 days.
The team at Bavuma Wild Quest is amazing. Our guide, James, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic - he showed us the Big Five every day, and we were especially impressed with the Black Rhino and Lion families at Ngorongoro Crater. The sight of thousands of wildebeest and zebras in the vast fields of Serengeti still floats in the eyes.
The car was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the camps were very nice and safe. I saw more than I expected to see in five days. Everything was organized and on time.
I would definitely recommend this tour for those who want a true wildlife experience. Thanks to Bavuma Wild Quest!

An unforgettable family safari - Bavuma Wild Quest nailed it!
We just wrapped up an unforgettable family safari with Bavuma Wild Quest, and honestly, they were incredible from start to finish.
Right from the planning stage, they were super organised and tailored the whole itinerary to fit our family's needs. Their communication was great too; always quick to reply and follow up on everything.
The actual trip completely blew us away. Our driver and guide, Isaack, was amazing. He drove us safely from Arusha to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and he was so patient and flexible with us the entire time. The best part? He’s basically a walking dictionary when it comes to wildlife. He knew everything! His personal touch made the whole experience so much better.
To top it all off, when we got back to Arusha, Joshua came to see us in person just to check how everything went.
From day one until the moment we left, the service was excellent. Huge thanks to Bavuma Wild Quest for giving our family such a wonderful experience!

Excellent! The service and attention we received from the very first contact regarding trip planning were outstanding. Joshua helped us create an itinerary tailored to our expectations, allowing us to complete the full circuit covering Masai Mara (Kenya), Serengeti (Tanzania), and Ngorongoro (Tanzania). Joshua is highly professional, courteous, and, above all, very honest. We encountered one minor issue at our final accommodation, but Joshua stepped in personally to resolve it immediately. A truly professional and honest individual. We requested private transport and luxury hotels, and the experience was excellent. We had two guide-and-driver teams—one in Kenya and one in Tanzania. Although young, they were all deeply committed and personable, turning a long journey into a wonderful experience. My recommendation to anyone contacting Joshua and Bavuma is to ensure the entire plan is agreed upon and confirmed upfront; in our case, he prepared a detailed, day-by-day itinerary covering the full eight days of the trip. It included everything: airport transfers upon arrival in Kenya, a light aircraft flight to our first stop in Masai Mara, luxury accommodation, transport, meals, safari drives, and a hot air balloon ride. The service was excellent. The Tanzania team, in particular—Esteban (guide) and Barack (driver)—was delightful; they were highly professional, punctual, and friendly.
