Outstanding Service and Unforgettable Experience
I had an exceptional experience with West Wild on both my Kilimanjaro climb and safari tour. The entire journey was thoughtfully organized, and every detail was handled smoothly from beginning to end.
During the Kilimanjaro trek, our guide was incredibly knowledgeable—not only in geology, which made the mountain itself come alive through his explanations, but also in sports science and physical endurance. His advice on pacing, breathing, and energy management was extremely helpful. What impressed me most was his patience and attentiveness. He constantly checked on our condition and made sure everyone felt supported and safe throughout the climb.
On safari, our guide was equally outstanding. He had extensive knowledge of wildlife and could explain animal behavior in fascinating detail. You could truly feel his passion and respect for animals—it wasn’t just a job for him. His driving skills were excellent, allowing us to get close to incredible sightings while always maintaining safety. Every evening, he would ask us about our “high moment” and “low moment” of the day, which made the experience more reflective and meaningful.
Both guides had strong personal charisma. They were not only professional but also warm, inspiring, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with.
The company’s overall organization was excellent, and everything ran smoothly. The owner himself is a charismatic and thoughtful person, which is clearly reflected in the quality of the team and the service. I highly recommend West Wild to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality adventure experience.

I highly recommend West Wild! The service was outstanding from booking to the end. The most impressive was their incredible flexibility — due to heavy rain, we adjusted the itinerary at 9 PM via WeChat, and they rebooked lunch instantly without any hassle.
It was a trouble-free journey with zero delays, sudden changes or issues. They were also very responsible: when my card was stolen, the local team actively helped recover the funds. Even after full payment, they checked in daily with advice and left thoughtful surprises (gifts were not the reason for this review).
The pricing was transparent with a one-time fixed fee. Our guide was excellent, ensuring we saw all animals and perfect moments with well-balanced time allocation. The vehicle looked good outside, with only slight interior wear, and never broke down. Seeing 6 of their trucks in one day also showed the company’s strong strength.
10/10 would book again!
