On Day 3, I set off early into Serengeti National Park and by sunrise, we were already spotting a pride of lions lounging by the roadside. My guide, Peter, made sure I never felt alone. He shared fascinating facts, listened to my travel stories, and even helped me get amazing wildlife shots with my camera. The camp that evening felt safe, with warm staff who treated me like family. I ended the day sitting by the fire under a sky full of stars, reflecting on the peace and beauty of this land. Fantastic Tour Operator who made our family Picnic so special.
As we decided to go for family Picinic in National parks, we thought of Arusha parks. We travelled from Kahama to Arusha and made choice to be hosted by Sprexpand Tour. We were lucky enough to be allocated to the very good driver-guide, Daniel, who took care of us throughout the tour. We started our safari adventure through Tarangire National Park, then we explored Lake Natron, Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti where we saw lots of animals like elephants, giraffes, and even a group of lions within hours. Daniel was incredibly patient and made sure our kids were engaged throughout pointing out baby elephants, explaining baboon behavior, and stopping whenever they wanted to take a closer look through the binoculars. The picnic lunch overlooking the hippo pool was a big hit, and the accommodations had family-friendly rooms and delicious food. Our children are still talking about the flamingos and tree-climbing lions. Huge thanks to Sprexpand for creating memories our family will treasure forever.
