Fantastic 48 hours in the Serengeti
This was a spur of the moment trip, taken while we were in Zanzibar.
From start to finish Enoch was very professional and handled our last minute booking with aplomb. Everything’ was organised within 24 hours, we knew where we needed to be, who was picking us up and what would happen in between those times. That really helped us place our trust in Maasailand Adventure and Awareness.
We knew Enoch couldn’t guarantee the big five but, within 20 minutes we were standing in the vehicle platform watching a leopard decide its evening menu! Amazing experience!!
We saw lions, cheetahs, zebras, elephants, hippos all on day one. We didn’t think it could get better……. Then we met the crew at @serentiylodge, a real oasis in the middle of nowhere. Enoch had trusted them with our evening and they did not let him down. We had a visit from a cheetah while we were waiting for dinner beside a fire pit, sharing stories with Alphinse and his team.
The food was a good as any I have tasted around the world which, considering the location, was a truly spectacular effort.
It was a wrench to leave in the morning but the anticipation of our trip to the Ngorongoro was huge. It was a long drive made quicker by numerous stop offs to watch pumba and his friends on the plains and on our way to the crater.
Rhinos, flamingos, wildebeest, more lions and cheetahs, the wildlife came thick and fast!
Our tip ended way too soon.
We were amazed by the experience and impressed by the professionalism and care shown to us by everyone involved.

A great trip to the Serengeti with Enoch.
Enoch guided for me during a 3 night visit to the Serengeti. Due to his years of experience guiding he was able to show me everything I wanted to see, from specific animals to two viewings of Great Migration crossings of the Mara River. His animal behavior knowledge made it possible for him to consistently put us in just the right place for the perfect photo opportunities. Enoch designed every day around what I wanted to do and see. Just as importantly, Enoch is a great person to spend your days with. I would be very pleased to have Enoch as a guide on any future safari trips I might take!

An Unforgettable Safari
I had a wonderful safari experience, thanks to our guide Enock Hubert.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe the whole time. We saw elephants, lions, giraffes, cheetahs and many other animals up close.
Enock explained a lot about the wildlife and the area, which made the trip even more interesting. Everything was well organized, and we could really enjoy the beauty of nature without stress.
It was a memorable experience that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Tanzania.
Amazing organization for a most exciting safari adventure
Our guide Enock was really a very kind, thoughtful and well experienced person to guide us through our 5 days safari! Thanks to him we have seen all the animals we wanted including the big 5! Birds, monkeys, girafes, elephants, lions, zebras, buffaloes, and so much more. The lodges were exactly like described and the people we encountered were all so kind and helpful. I climbed Kilimanjaro via the 7 day Lemosho route and it was truly the experience of a lifetime. From start to finish, everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. My guide, Gilberth, is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and motivating and made sure I was safe and comfortable every step of the way. The entire team (guides, porters, chefs) were above and beyond and carried everything with such strength and dedication. I can’t recommend this company enough to anyone considering climbing Kilimanjaro! It was an unforgettable adventure that I’ll treasure forever.
