Dream Come True
Our recent trip to Tanzania was a culmination of many months of planning and 2 postponements so that my husband and I could harmonize our work schedules. Rama was patient and flexible till we got our dates right. The prices are reasonable when compared to other operators for the same level of comfort. Payment followed and at in the second week of February this year we went to Tanzania for our safari.
Our guide Musa was kind, knowledgeable and an outstanding driver. His English was perfect and also did a bit of German. Being with him complemented our trip because he is a great narrator and fun to be with. We saw plenty of animals, actually more than we have ever seen in our previous safaris including a first encounter with the wild dogs.
All the accommodation camps were excellent and we loved them.
I highly recommend Musa as a guide and Gecko Adventure Tanzania

We will live to remember the best safari ever
We will live to remember the best safari ever in Tanzania. It was everything we expected and much more. Frankly I believe having Musa on safari was a big plus. He spoke perfect English and a little bit of Norwegian easing communication between us. His enthusiasm and passion for conservation was clear from his convincing and captivating conversations. The landscapes, wildlife and the people made it a journey to remember. Rama had booked us in great lodges and we loved it.
Its a safari worth taking and I highly recommend Gecko Adventure Tanzania

Amazing Safari with Gecko Adventures
Had an amazing five-day safari with Martin of Gecko Adventures Tanzania. The trip took us to Selous ad Mikumi National Parks and both parks are absolutely fabulous. Martin was excellent, his detailed knowledge of the parks, animals and Tanzania made him the ideal companion on safari. He worked tirelessly to give us great experiences with the wildlife and also helped in spotting animals that we could not have seen.
We did a mix of camping and lodges and it was really exciting.
I have total gratitude and appreciation for the whole team that was involved in planning and executing our trip (Rama and Martin) OfCourse come to mind.

Best Safari Vacation
The experience of our trip to Tanzania is unforgettable. These guys exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the luxurious lodges that we were booked in all through, a private jeep just for the 2 of us driven by our guide Marko and above all, action packed game drives in the parks with amazing animal encounters. Marko is knowledgeable, a gentleman and patient to let us enjoy the various sites that we encountered.
Our tour took us to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.

Awesome Experience
We were lucky to go to Selous with Gecko Adventure Tanzania. They have the best guides who gave us an adventure that was over the top. They took good care of us on the camping safari with excellent food, comfortable sleeping places and the best company.
We saw many different animals and birds during the trip and some of the most spectacular landscapes. It is with the deepest appreciation that I recomend Gecko Adventures Tanzania to all my friends.

Adventure in Tanzania
From the moment we landed at Kilimanjaro Airport we experienced the true taste of Tanzania's hospitality. Everyone we met along our six days safari was friendly and helpful aside from the roadside curio hawkers who wanted to push their wares with stubborn resolve. However, our guide Musa kept us away from them.
The parks are a marvel, well preserved and filled with abundant wildlife. We managed to see all the big 5 and lots of other animals. In addition to the wildlife Tanzania has a rich collection of birdlife which spiced everything.
Our accommodation at Arusha Planet Lodge, Maramboi Tented Lodge, Serengeti Safari Lodge and Ngorongoro Wild Camp was first class. Thank you Rama for doing such a superb job in organizing our trip

Amazing Weekend Exploring Sinda Islands
Rama organized a day trip to Sinda Islands where we spent the day snorkeling in the sparkling clear waters. We had an amazing guide Omar with us for the whole day. He is an amazing guide and a great swimmer. He took us to a spot that had beautiful reefs and teeming with marine life. in addition to the lots of coloured fish we were lucky to see a couple of dolphins.
The packed lunch on the beach was nice and we then we went exploring the other sections of the beautiful island. We really enjoyed the time off the mainland.

Incredible Trip
We had an amazing time on our short, yet exciting safari. We have to appreciate Rama for organizing such a flawless trip. We camped, boated and also did game drives on different parts of the park. On the last day we went to Rufiji River Camp which was a touch of magic from their excellent service.
The overall experience in Selous was absolutely stunning. Numerous wildlife encounters, some from the boat and also during the drives. The serenity and beauty of the parks is unparalleled.
I have to come back someday for a longer trip.

Once in a lifetime safari
My family of five spent an amazing week touring Tanzania. The time in Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti with guide Musa is unforgettable. Rama had organized an amazing itinerary that interesting activities. He planned everything so well, down to the last details, such that we did not have any bad surprises. In addition to the game drives we also visited Hadzabe bushmen, did the board walkway in Lake Manyara and a hot air balloon ride in Serengeti.
I will recommend Gecko Adventure Tanzania to all my family and friends. They are absolutely wonderful.

Unforgettable Tanzania Safari
Gecko Adventure Tanzania has now become our go to operator for all our holidays in Tanzania for their outstanding service. Rama spared no effort to ensure that our trip was special. He did not compromise on any aspect of our safari. Baraka our guide kept us safe, interested and fully captivated as we explored the parks. We saw all the big five and the wildebeest migration which was the highlight of our safari.
The choice of lodges was excellent, in particular the Four Seasons Hotel in Serengeti was magical.
