Our family chose our first safari experience with Pedaso safaris post a decent amount of research on Google as we didn't have any family or friends who had been on a safari before and must say, we are absolutely happy with the entire experience of our holiday right from the first interaction with David (7-8 months ago) to the very end of our tour (today).
David's proactive response every single time we approached him, his genuine concern for his customers preferences while keeping our comfort in mind, his practical advice (even though it meant less fees for him- for the hot air balloon experience), his daily check-in's while on the tour, extra services provided (excess baggage storage, accompanying us to our hotel with bags at the end of our tour, checking in on us after the tour, sorting out any of our concerns and taking all feedback happily) has left a lasting impression on us.
Considering it was our very first safari experience, the amount of questions and changes to our plans we imposed on David and the absolute patience and professionalism he handled it, with just shows his love for his profession. We would not hesitate to recommend Pedaso Safaris to anyone wanting to plan this unique experience.

Very well planned and everything was thought out and researched well. The safari was amazing and we saw the Big 5 and ugly 5. From my experience, I've formed the impression that Pedaso Safaris is a safari agent. The safari tour itself is made up of people from different agents with different itineraries. For example, there could be someone who has signed up for a 3 days safari starting from Day 1 while there could be another person who has signed up for a 4 days safari but starting from Day 3. Therefore, during my 7 days safari, there were a lot of movements such as dropping and picking people off which inadvertently caused delays. Besides that, there were also different safari drivers for different legs of the tour.
There was also an incident where an option to do a particular activity which was offered in my safari quote was completely omitted at the safari driver's discretion. In this instance, I was upset as I felt that it wasn't communicated well. Having said that, upon contacting David, the issue was resolved immediately which I was extremely impressed. David managed to find someone to take me to do the activity and the guy went above and beyond to make my solo activity memorable. A tip here is to contact your agent IMMEDIATELY if you encounter any issues or itinerary deviations at any time during your safari tour.
To be honest, that little hiccup did not affect my safari tour experience. It was overall an incredible experience and I will do it again.

Pedaso rebels made it possible for us to have the trip of our life. Seeing giraffes, zebras, antelopes, cheetahs, elephants and many other exotic animals in the great wilderness in their own habitat was an out of this world experience. After seeing hundreds of animals in Masai Mara and Nakuru, seeing Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli was added to the excitement . The Great Plains of Serengeti stretching all the way to the horizon and driving inside Ngorongoro crater in Tanzania were breathtaking! David messaged almost every day to check on us to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. I highly recommend this tour company.
