Exceptional planning and life-changing experience
Emmy and the team are very professional and I was so impressed by their expertise. They aim to give you the best experience and best value. They truly have your interest at heart and don’t try to oversell you. They take care of all the details. I also appreciated the quick responses.
During the gorilla trek, we did a “medium” level hike and saw the Susa family. It was amazing to be near them in their natural habitat. It was cold and wet but hot towels were waiting for us back in the jeep. We did the Golden Monkeys trek the following day and had an equally amazing experience. I can’t wait to book another trip with them!
Terrific, friendly and knowledgeable
I spent a week with Emmy traveling to the highlights of Rwanda. In summary, I am hard pressed to believe that there could be anyone better. Emmy speaks excellent English and loves showing foreigners his country, of which he is rightfully proud. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of interest – history (he does not shrink from the truth), geography, and of course, the animals. He is highly intelligent, innovative (he showed me several things that were not on the itinerary, but well worth the time) and very charming– not insignificant when you are in a car together for hours at a time. In short, highly recommended!
