Responsive and Thorough
I organized a Tanzanian safari through Arusha Trips. Both Marjolein, Lex, and Terry were very responsive to emails and organized the Tanzania Safari and Zanzibar excursions, lodging, and transportation within our budget. They gave us lodging options with pictures and descriptions of each excursion for us to choose from. They also provided thorough information packages to ensure we had all the information we needed for travel. Communication with Arusha Trips was also very responsive during the trip itself which added a sense of reliability to the experience when traveling in a foreign country.
By far the best part of our trip was Titho, our safari guide. At the start of our journey, he set the bar for both professionalism and hospitality. Immediately, we knew we were in good hands and we had so much fun! Titho also helped us learn some Swahili. We would practice small conversations during the drive and Titho would test us when we least expected it. We saw up close monkeys, baboons, giraffes, elephants, and lions. If you are planning a trip to Tanzania - ask for Titho! You will be so glad you did.
Both the food and service at each location were above expectations! Also, the national parks did not disappoint!!! We had some amazing animal experiences that we will never foraet. Hiahlv recommend Arusha Trips!

5 stars+++! What an amazing trip Lex from Arusha Trips put together for us. It couldn't have been better. Top-notch! The locations were superb, from tents to luxury lodges. First, four days in the Serengeti with our guide Leonce. Lex had specifically requested driver Leonce for us because we were traveling with our two sons who are students. We clicked immediately, and with it, the great atmosphere. Leonce took us to special spots for lunch right in the middle of nature. He made sure we saw a yacht and, among other things, six leopards. Thanks Leonce! You're a star! Afterwards, on Lex's recommendation, we traveled to Mafia Island to go diving. Indescribably beautiful. A bullseye. We also swam with 15-meter-long whale sharks. Lex, thank you for this unforgettable family trip; you truly create a tailor-made journey. I recommend your travel agency to all my friends and family. And by the way, to you who are reading my review as well.

They truly deliver a tailor-made trip of quality.
We had a wonderful trip through mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar. Thanks to Arusha Trips, who tailored the trip to our wishes. The best part of our trip was the safari with our knowledgeable guide (Meshack), with whom we saw the Big Five. During the safari, he was very helpful and listened to our wishes; the communication was very pleasant, and we had some very nice days together.

Trip of a lifetime!
We had the best time with Arusha Trips and can’t recommend them highly enough. Everything was perfectly arranged in advance, making the trip smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Our guide, Joseph, was truly outstanding. He was knowledgeable, warm, and completely dedicated to making our experience unforgettable.
He constantly went out of his way to give us more than we expected, often finishing late just so we could take a detour or catch one last glimpse of wildlife. His passion and energy never wavered, and thanks to him we saw things we would have never spotted on our own.
The food was also excellent. It was hot, hearty lunches served fresh every day, always filling and delicious. We were amazed by how well-fed and cared for we felt, even out in the bush!

A fantastic safari in Tanzania with Arusha Trips
Last year My daughter an I went on a fantastic Tanzania safari trip with Arusha Trips.
Starting with the search for an organization until we arrived back home Arusha Trips has been a pleasure to be in contact and travel with. They have listened very well to our wishes and any request was well and quickly answered.
We went on an 8 day trip which included 5 full safari days. In these 5 days we saw a whole lot off animals and th big five.
We had a great driver guide, called Dismass, who was a big part of our great experience. With his knowledge of the wildlife, plaats and the Country he made every safari day special. And he made sure that we had great views and were really close to the animals.
And off course the 'pole pole' vibe that he carried out was special and is something we really want to keep at home.
Next to the safaridays was our visit to Mto wa mbu and the primary school really worth our while.
So if you are planning to go to Tanzania check out Arusha Trips and don't forget to ask for Dismass.
