Brilliant and trustworthy!
Solo traveller from England. Andrew was punctual and kept me updated throughout my trip via Watsapp. I had the entire vehicle to myself as others had decided not to travel. Andrew makes great effort in spotting the animals, even though the first day was long with the drive to murchison falls, I had regular breaks en route with plenty of rest and we stopped for breaks etc. I can wholeheartedly recommend Muzbag safaris for anyone considering a safari, u will not be disappointed and I am going to return to do the gorilla trekking in the future and will definitely use Andrew for this. Thank you Andrew for a wonderful time!

Great experience in Uganda
I had an excellent experience with Muzbag Safaris during my trip to Uganda. From the very beginning, the team was extremely attentive and responsive, making sure to understand all of my preferences and requests while planning the itinerary.
Everything was organized exactly as promised, and the trip ran smoothly from start to finish. The team went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure that every detail was taken care of, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty of Uganda. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to fully appreciate the wildlife, landscapes, and culture throughout the journey.

Well organised and eventful 3 days.
I had a great time during my short trip to Uganda, and Muzbag Safaris made it even more memorable.
But let’s start from the beginning...
I used SafariBookings for price comparison and found that Muzbag offered well-tailored trips at competitive prices. Most of the communication was handled via WhatsApp, which is different from the experience you would have in Europe when booking hotels or trips. I have to admit, it made me a little anxious to begin with. However, reassured by positive reviews, I booked the trip via WhatsApp, agreeing on pick-up and drop-off locations. Andrew was very flexible with my requests, making everything easy and possible.
The whole safari experience was amazing, including breathtaking scenery, countless wild animal sightings, great food, and very nice, clean accommodation.
But what I probably loved most was that I could truly relax and fully take in the experience. Everything was organised for me; I had a great driver named Otim, and I didn't need to worry about being somewhere on time, booking dinner, or any of those little things that normally occupy your mind while on holiday. Otim was also a professional photographer, which meant I had lovely pictures of myself and the scenery taken and sent directly to my WhatsApp! This took all the stress away, turning this trip into one of the most relaxing holidays I’ve ever had.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and FANTASTIC
We are a family of five, 2 adults and 3 children (ages 12, 11 and 9) we booked a 10 day Uganda holiday with MuzBag Safaris, Andrew managed to fit so much into that time! The highlights were getting to stand in the spray of the magnificent Murchison Falls, phenomenal game drives through the national park with sightings of lions, a leopard in a tree, multiple day sightings of Hyenas hunting Ugandan Kob, many elephant herds, and a multitude of Buffalo, Giraffe, Hartebeest, Oribi and Kob! Andrew organised fantastic accommodation (always cognisant of us wanting adjoining rooms as a family), New Year's eve was on a hill top hotel in Kampala where we watched the entire city light up in a splendid show. We went to the Jane Goodall Ngamba Island Chimpanzee sanctuary across lake Victoria which was so educational and special. We were also taken to Jinja to see the source of the Nile and spend a wonderful full day white water rafting, then to the equator through beautiful forests. The food was an absolute highlight!
I highly, HIGHLY recommend Andrew and his team at MuzBag Safaris if you ever wish to visit beautiful Uganda! The organisation of the trip was professional and seamless, they worked within my budget and over-delivered so much that I still can't fathom how they gave us this calibre of holiday on that budget! Once we arrived, absolutely everything was taken care of, no request was too much. They were always on time, if not early! Thank you again Andrew and team for giving our family memories for a lifetime!!!

3 day murchison falls trip
Had a great trip with muzbag through murchison falls national park: 2 game drives, boat ride on the nile, top of the falls, chimpanzee trek and ziwa rhino sanctuary. 3 days transport by van to every location, and transfer from/to kampala. Very nice lodges for accomodation and great organisation in general. And thanks to my guide kim, the best.

Excellent choice.
While on vaccation in Uganda we decided with short notice to go on a safari tour and got soon in contact with Andrew. He took the time to pay us a visit at our hotel and we discussed the tour. What a service. Next day we already left to Murchinson Falls National park. The tour was all well organised from start to end. We enjoyed the game drives, saw the big 4 and of course the amazing Falls. Very good accomodation and friendly staff at the resort. A fabulous tour throughout. We can surely recommend MuzBag Safaris.

They made all my wishes come true for a very good price!
The communication started on e-mail and Andrew changed it to WhatsApp, that made me at the beginning sceptical and seemed for me first a bit un professional, but it was much easier. And worked very well,with short times to wait for an answer.
Planing the tour Andrew and his team chose amazing places to stay for me, even within a bit a tight budget. All inclusive! And they tried to plan all my asked highlight in, eventhough the distances herefor were quite big... unfortunately this meant not as much time in every activity, as i may could wish, however this was chosen by myself, so they really did their best. Value for money very good, more than i expected and compared with other safari organisations really a fair price!
Fully reliable concerning payment, planing and during the tour.
An amazing tour through murchision national park (1x morning, 1× evening game drive), with river nile boat cruise, visiting the top the falls. In additional chimpansee trekking, sceenig drive from north to south in the eastern part of uganda and gorilla trekking. Driving back to Kampala on the 5th day. Seen: Elephant, Leopard, Antilope, chimpanses, buffalos, giraffs, hippos, krokodiles, warthogs, bamboos and other monkeys, gorillas and a lit of different birds!

Excellent. Was really flexible to our needs and made the entire experience feel like magnificent.
Andrew is really kind and very personable. His team listened to our preferences and able to customise our safari experience to suit just that. We got picked up at various locations and everything was catered for from drinks enroute to lunch on the way and dinner when we got to the hotel. The itinerary was communicated to us so we had a clear idea of what exactly was happening every step of the way. I’m so glad we experienced a MUZBAG Safari. It’s totally worth it!
