Magnificent team
This is a very devoted, knowledgeable and fun team. I really learnt alot during the visit from them. They have vast knowlege of every area we visited. Very careful drivers. Time keepers. We had the absolute pleasure of being guided by Jackson Olais from GIZ Safaris Tanzania, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Jackson is an incredibly humble, down-to-earth tour guide and driver who makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment.
He truly listens, is always ready to help, and never overprices or takes advantage something that makes a huge difference when traveling. He gives honest, unbiased local advice and helps you experience Tanzania in a genuine and authentic way. You can tell he is very comfortable in his own skin, and that confidence translates into calm, smooth, and enjoyable trips.
What stood out most is how easily he connects with all kinds of people from different walks of life. He simply fits in and makes everyone feel included and safe. I thoroughly enjoyed my trips to Ngorongoro Crater and Chemka Springs, and the highlight was the beautifully organized goat-eating party in the wilderness such a unique and unforgettable experience!

Incredible and authentic Masai experience!
We organised a safari with Giz Maasai Safaris during the summer of 2024 with my family and some friends.
It was an incredible 12 days thanks to the professionalism and enthusiasm of Philipo who took us on a extraordinary trip first in the Serengeti and Ngoro Ngoro natural parks and then in the village of Mukuru close to Arusha.
For those who want a genuine and authentic experience with the Maasai people and the natural wonders of Tanzania, I highly recommend this agency.
They have now also built a lodge in the village of Mukuru with various proposals from the most comfortable to the most spartan.
Absolutely to try once in a lifetime!

Our guide was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about the wildlife and the ecosystems we encountered. They shared insights about the animals, their behaviors, and the unique characteristics of both parks, enriching our experience in ways we hadn’t anticipated.
The vehicle provided for our safari was comfortable and well-equipped, allowing us to travel smoothly across the rugged terrain while enjoying panoramic views of the breathtaking landscapes. During our adventure, we were fortunate enough to witness an astonishing array of wildlife.
