Serah was thoughtful and extremely helpful in organizing our tour.
We decided to go to Africa to celebrate our 50 years of marriage but where do you start? We are fortunate enough to have friends in Kenya and they suggested we go to Serah at Mara West. We did and our trip was outstanding. Our 50th was well celebrated and the guides were really great. From arriving into Nairobi at the airport we were welcomed immediately and every detail and transfer went seamlessly. We spent 8 days touring the Masai Mara with one day sleeping from the exhausting trip to get to Africa. After 7 days in Kenya we met our Tanzanian guide and headed to the Serengeti. Both guides were great , good guys with experience and knowledge.we had 6 days in Tanzania and saw the “big 5 or 6” animals and soooo many other animals as well. We did the hot air balloon ride which was really fun. It’s expensive on an already high priced vacation but do it. You see the Birds Eye view and laugh at the elephants raising their trunks trying and scare us away and the lions eating their breakfast not careing if we watch.
Remember to take plenty of cash for tips. It is a very important part of the trip for those who spend long hours trying to please us.

Serah and Cisne Tours made our Kenya trip safe, seamless, and unforgettable!
Cisne Tours and Safaris did a fantastic job supporting our university student group during our trip to Kenya in May 2026. Serah was attentive, professional, and made sure we arrived safely at each of our visits and activities. She went above and beyond by sharing insights about Kenya, its culture, and her own life experiences, which enriched our students' understanding of the country.
Serah and her team were a pleasure to travel with, and I felt completely safe leading a group of 20 university students in a new country. Their flexibility, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate our needs and requests made the experience seamless and enjoyable.
What stood out most was the genuine care they showed for our group throughout the trip. We always felt well taken care of and supported. We look forward to working with Cisne Tours and Safaris again in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone planning travel in Kenya.

Extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our groups needs.
I traveled to Kenya for a study abroad trip and Cisne tours helped coordinate much of the planning for the trip and it could not have gone better. All team members were extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our groups needs. You could tell how much effort was put into the planning and coordination efforts. We only went on a safari for a few hours but it was still a blast and we got to see a decent number of animals. Highly recommend them as a tour guide and group to host in country.
