The most wonderful trip !
5/5

We had an absolutely amazing trip with Next Gen Safaris. Everything was perfect—from airport pickup to the final drop.

While planning this trip, safety was my biggest concern, especially as we were three women traveling together. After nearly two months of research and checking multiple options on Google and Instagram, I found Next Gen Safaris through SafariBookings.com. After discussing my plans with Benald, I finalized the trip within just four days—and I’m so glad I did.

Benald was extremely prompt, professional, and responsive to all my queries. I decided to take a chance, and the experience turned out to be even better than expected. Everything ran smoothly from the moment we arrived until we left Uganda.

The lodges were top-notch, and our driver-guide Pilot was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ensuring our safety and comfort. Traveling as three women felt completely safe throughout the journey.

The entire 8-day trip was well organized and seamless, making it my first time in Uganda truly unforgettable. This was a life-changing experience, and I’m incredibly grateful.

A huge thank you to Benald for planning the trip so expertly.Special mention to Pilot, who drove us everywhere safely, always checked that everything was in place, and made sure we enjoyed every experience. He was a great guide attentive, caring, and always looking out for our comfort and safety.

Lodges we loved:
• Turaco Treetops, Kibale National Park – absolutely the best lodge, stunning and peaceful
• Enganzi Lodge – spectacular savanna views overlooking Queen Elizabeth National Park
• Bweza Gorilla Lodge, Bwindi – amazing food, warm staff, clean rooms close to the forest
• Four Gorillas Lodge, Bwindi – super luxurious with excellent hospitality and food

Both lodges in Bwindi were excellent.( Bweza Gorilla lodge & Four Gorillas Lodge )
We will definitely return and highly recommend Next Gen Safaris to anyone planning a trip to Uganda or Africa.

Thanks

I recently traveled to Uganda with Next Gen Safari and had an incredible experience. The gorilla and chimpanzee trekking were the absolute highlights of our trip. We also visited Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoyed jungle safaris, and went on beautiful boat safaris. The lodges were comfortable, well chosen, and everything was well organized. Highly recommended!

Safe driving guide!

Renatus was my guide. He came to my accommodation on time and brought me to the accommodation in national park before sunset. Itinerary was really good, he knows about both Rwanda and Uganda well, he is polite and driving safe. I’m lucky he was my guide:)

Nextgen Safaris is a professional and attentive tour operator that exceeds expectations.

My wife and I chose NextGen safaris to host our honeymoon in Uganda, but we were a bit nervous because it was our first time to Africa. From the first correspondence before the trip began to follow up emails after the trip was over, we felt comfortable, supported, and in completely capable hands. Benald, the head of the company, answered our endless questions was open to our many requests. He was professional and patient while preparing us for this trip. Our tour guide, Muwa, was warm and welcoming from the first meeting. He’s punctual and knowledgeable about a variety of topics pertaining to Uganda. His priorities were our safety, enjoyment, and alone time (since it was our honeymoon). From Safari gorilla trekking to local food and market trips to game drives, Muwa was in the background making sure that everything went smoothly. He also went above and beyond to make sure that the lodges that we stayed at adhered to our request of doing a bit of decorating in our rooms for that honeymoon feeling. Speaking of the lodges, they were exceptional. The staff members were kind and attentive. The rooms and scenery were beautiful, and the food was excellent. I could go on and on about how great the experience was, but I’ll just say that we’ll definitely use Nextgen Safaris when planning our next trip to Africa.

The man went above and beyond to help us attain passes for Bwindi ~ very gracious for his help.

We were two self driving idiots from USA and Argentina; we decided to traverse during the election time. No passes ~ just came in with the idea of us securing the passes on your own. we could not have done this without Safari Bookings help ~ the man went above and beyond in making sure we were in the correct path; it was not easy ~ especially with the government shut down of internet etc.

You can’t and won’t go wrong ~ this place is legit and very helpful

An unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experience – very highly recommended
5/5

My Uganda gorilla trekking and safari experience was excellent from the very beginning. I decided among many tour operators because of the truly good and very personal service. From the first contact on, communication was always fast, supportive, and professional, and I immediately felt I was in very good hands.
The entire organization was outstanding — very reliable and absolutely worth the price. Yes true, more than a group travel, but not something to compare — it stands on its own. Everything ran smoothly, and the tour operator was more than supportive, always answering promptly and giving me great confidence before and throughout the whole journey.
A very special highlight was my guide Renatus — and it was truly a perfect choice to have him by my side. You can clearly feel that he does what he loves, and he does it greatly. He went far beyond his role as a guide: not only an excellent organizer, but someone who genuinely took care of everything to give me the best possible experience. His knowledge, kindness, flexibility, and attention to every detail made this extraordinary journey truly exceptional.
To be in front of these gracious animals was only possible because everything was perfectly planned and lovingly taken care of — every tiny step along the way. Such moments change something in you forever. You will never be the same again.
This journey offered one-in-a-million moments and was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Especially as a solo traveler, I felt completely safe, supported, and personally looked after. Special customized wishes were always considered and perfectly arranged.
I am truly happy that I chose this tour operator and that Renatus was placed at my side. I can highly recommend them — an unforgettable adventure I will carry in my heart forever. 🦍

Bwindi and Kibale - Gorilla and Chimp Trek
5/5

Hi,

I worked with Benald from Next Gen to book my bucket list trip to Uganda to check it the Gorilla and Chimpanzee. Benald was an excellent trip planner and inspire of my million plus questions, he was very part and understanding with me to plan out the best experience possible within a budget . Once the trip was fully planned the uci g on the cake was the assignment of Renatus as my companion and Tour guide for the past 4 days. Words cannot describe how help Renatus was during this trip, braking care of all my needs ina timely manner as well as being a friend all along this wonderful journey.

During a critical time after finishing up my Gorilla trek and being Physically drained, Renatus took it upon himself to bring the Land Cruiser down a very steep incline to drive me back up. Without his timely help 😚😀👌, I would have been ina very bad shape
.I wholeheartedly recommend Next Gen and in particular appt the plant efforts of Benald and Renatus

Thanks you both for a wonderful voice changing experience 🙏👍👌

A great experience thanks to NextGen safari, I trusted them to organize a trip to see the gorillas in Uganda, accompanied by our driver Victor (whom I recommend) who was super friendly, professional and understanding of my poor level of English.
