Sharing a safari and the Kili climbing
I can say that I'm very happy after my experience in Tanzania with World Tours and Safari.
They were very helpful (to the point of lending me some clothes and a thicker sleeping bag up in the mountain), and I felt I was really taken care of. Even my guide invited me for dinner the day after the climbing in Arusha, with his family and some friends.
The safari was amusing, we saw the big 5 amongst many more. The only black point of the trip was that the car broke down at a certain point, so we spent some hours waiting for it to get fixed.

A safari company that feels like family
I can tell only positive things about World Tours & Safaris, in all honesty. Ranging from their communication through to a professional way of conducting safaris and very fair pricing, to remaining in touch, Richard Kilonzo and company have left a very lasting impression with me and my family. We did a three-day tour with them to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater area and Tarangire National Park back in 2009 and we are still in touch and I have recommended Mr. Kilonzo's services to friends and will continue to do so. Before we went on a safari in Tanzania, we obviously researched a number of companies but we chose World Tours & Safaris because they were the most responsive and accommodated our preferences fully. Another very positive impression was that Mr. Kilonzo took the time to meet us in Arusha the day before the safari started and we got a chance to also meet our guide, Edgar, whom we found excellent. We felt very well taken care of and with the apt guiding of Edgar, we were lucky enough to see the big five. An added bonus of the safari was the accommodation, which was also superb. If I ever have a chance to go on a safari in Tanzania again, I will surely look up Mr. Kilonzo and recommend that you do too.

Unforgettable trip to Tanzania
I want to note high professionalism of staff of this company. The trip was organized very well. I want to express gratitude to all people who helped me with this trip
Very good guide and People took care of you!flexibility of Company allowed clients shortly bookings!
All in all very good experience for People who are on a smaller Budget
False advertising
Despite booking and paying for a 4 day tour including Lake Manyara, we were told 10 minutes before we left that the tour had been changed to Tarangire instead. Also we were denied our visit the the Olduvai Gorge museum on the 3rd day, even though it was a option on our itinerary. When we challenged this they tried charge us triple the price. However, our guide Stephen was particularly brilliant and knowledge and went out of his way to make it a very special experience all the same.

Perfect and Fantastic!
A wonderful 12 Days Private-Safari-Tour in East Africa arranged by Richard of World tours and Safari. It was a counterclockwise plan suggested by Richard from Arusha to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Lake Eyasi, Serengeti, and then back to Ngorongoro, Arusha and Moshi, which brings to us a wave of Safari experience higher than a wave.
And, we are so so luck to meet our driver and Safari guider Simbo, he is very nice and has with very sharp eyes. Sometime he told us there are which animals which are so far even we could not find it by telescope.
No doubt we will back again and should select World Tours and Safari as our travel agency again

Awesome!
Picking world tours and safaris was by far the best decision I made for our first safari experience. From get go it wa sclera that they were the perfect fit for us. They fit our budget, they had a detailed itinerary that gave us a clear idea of what to expect.
Since this was our first safari we had tonnes of questions that were patiently answered by Richard!
From the time we landed we were extremely taken aback by the warmth and friendliness of the people we met! Our safari was a great success thanks to our guide Stanley.. since we went in the off-season we didn’t quite expect to see the number of animals we did!
But Stanley pulled it off by diligently tracking the animals and patiently answering our questions. His friendly nature and dedication really won us over.
Being vegetarians we were worried about the food we would get to eat. But our chef Dickson put in a lot of effort to make sure we ate a hot meal at the end of the day. He even custom made a spicy chutney for my spice loving husband!
I’d like to mention especially Richard who even after the safari had ended, was so thoughtful, that he arranged for a quick hot meal of our choice at a moments notice.
It was overall a 5 star experience that we would recommend to everyone!
