Professional, Efficient, & Reliable
We booked for a one-day Gorilla Trek with Makisala and had a great experience! We were able to book last minute and do so with a quick turn around time. Brighton was quick to respond to all of our questions and organised our trip just as quickly, obtaining the permits, transport, and a guide. Our guide Moses was knowledgable and navigated the roads safely while also providing facts as we traversed through the roads to Volcanoes National Park. The vehicle was appropriate for the terrain and able to navigate the bumpy roads and slopes well, getting us to our trek starting point easily. Overall, would highly recommend; the value you get for the price of the tour is great and honestly hard to beat.

Responsive and amazing hosts and guides
We had an absolutely wonderful honeymoon experience with Makisala! Brighton and team, from the very beginning, they were extremely responsive, professional, and attentive to our wishes. It felt like meeting Rafiki from Simba in person.
Our trip to Tanzania with Makisala Safaris was such an amazing experience from start to finish. James, our guide, was fantastic and made the safari even more special with his knowledge, patience, and great sense of humor.
