Incredible guides, unforgettable experience
I had a dream to climb Kilimanjaro Mountain and indeed choosing Sote Tours and Travel was the best decision that I made. They were professional and reassuring from the start. Every question I had was answered quickly, and the itinerary was crafted to provide me with my best chance of reaching the summit safely.
The mountain team was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for better guides, very professional- obviously in terms of knowledge, routes, terrain and altitude but also people who were just nice guys. They followed our health closely, kept us motivated during the hard times and then marched set a milestone after another with us. The porters were fantastic, they never stopped carrying our food, setting up camp before we arrived (and after we left), making sure our climb and the surrounds were as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
Another highlight was the meals. Each dish was nutritious, filling, and fresh just what you need at a high altitude. The chef's ability to prepare such a wide variety in the middle of the mountain was impressive.
The kindness and dedication of the Sote Tours crew added even more significance to the incredible experience of reaching Uhuru Peak. To anyone who has aspirations of climbing Kilimanjaro, I heartily recommend them.

Best choice of safari operator
From the moment we started planning, this trip was something special. Kelvin handled everything for us honestly, he made organizing our Tanzania adventure feel effortless. As soon as we landed, Mdoe met us at the airport, and everything just flowed from there. No hiccups, no stress.
Reuben, our guide what a guy. He was friendly, sharp, and seemed to know everything about the animals and the landscape. He took care of us the whole way. I couldn’t believe how good he was at spotting wildlife half the time, he’d point something out before anyone else even grabbed their binoculars. On day one, we saw the Big Five, even the rhino, which we heard is pretty hard to find.
We visited in mid-November, so we caught the Great Migration. Seeing all those animals and birds up close was unreal.
Honestly, I still can’t get over how amazing it was. We’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

The most memorable tour ever
We went on a 5 day safari to Tarangire National park, Serengeti National park and Ngorogoro Crater it was a great experience with a lot of adventure. We arrived at the Kilimanjaro airport at 01:30am and our driver Canaan was there to pick us up with a sign and take us to the Mount Meru hotel in Arusha, the whole trip was incredible hard to describe! Every experience was spot on.
Our guide, Mr. Michael, knew a ton and took care of everything for us during those 5 day. Even though it was the short rainy season, we still saw a ton of animals. Everyone we met on the tour was super friendly. The food and lodging were way better than I expected, and the price was totally worth it. Overall, the staff service was top-notch. I'd definitely recommend this company for your trips.

Memorable safari Experience with Sote Tours and Travel
We really had a wonderful time seeing Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, and Tarangile on our 3 Day Safari! Shirima, our experienced tour guide, helped to make this trip fun and educational. He was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the tours; his ability to take questions and explain each wildlife sighting was exceptional! His ability to locate animals was awesome; so thankful for him! Our accommodations and food were excellent too.

Unforgettable experience with the best company
It was an incredible experience, a dream from way back that finally came true!
Each day we were amazed at the fact that a new day had to come to share not only the trip with our guide but also with new companions. We never thought to see such a number of animals nor to have them so close to us. Definitely an adventure I really mean it- but every night you go to bed with a big smile on your face.

A Truly Unforgettable Safari

Extraordinary trip to Tanzania
We are back from an amazing trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar, an experience that in numerous ways went beyond our expectations. The nature to be sure, and especially the one and only Ngorongoro Crater, and the awesome animals made the whole trip very special.
Yet our guide Reuben was the one who really made the difference. His expertise, knowledge depth, love, and funny ways truly made a great tour to a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He was always caring, polite, and willing to help us at every moment. We have been to a lot of places around the world, but we have never come across such extraordinary human and professional qualities. And it is because of Reuben that even those travelers who are looking for a more comfortable approach would be sure and they would totally accomplish the adventure he made it all possible, easy, and exciting.
Also, we felt very comfortable with Said presence in Zanzibar who was very efficient and discreet thus completing a flawless experience from the very first moment until the end.
We, on our part, will be very convincing to this agency as well as a means of promoting it to other people and we really want to be back there soon maybe for a climb of Kilimanjaro.

Amazing experience with a very nice and knowledgable guide
Sote Tours provided us with unforgettable safari experience, which ended up being the best experience ever. The communication and organization via WhatsApp with Kelvin was smooth, efficient, and highly professional. We received excellent care throughout our entire time there.
Our guide and driver, Shirime, did a fantastic job. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything we wanted to know with great patience, and made the safari an unforgettable experience. The trip allowed us to enjoy flexible and spontaneous travel experiences. This included the Serval Wildlife extra day trip that turned out to be a fantastic bonus.
All in all, it was an amazing experience that exceeded our expectations. We are very glad we chose Sote Tours and not another agency, and we would happily book another safari or adventure in Tanzania with them at any time.

A Journey Beyond Expectations
Sote Tours and Travel did a really good job of organizing our whole trip from the very beginning to the end. They took care of everything in a very smooth way; the itinerary, the accommodation, the car rental, and even the game drive.
We visited Lake Eyasi, Lake Natron, Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater, and we were able to make it to each of these places just in time.
