They handhold in the scary landscape of hotels and "executive" spaces
I like comfort so much so I will carry half my house for a one night stay.
Thus, finding a Co that understands we all have different needs and tolerance ehem comfort levels has been a Godsend.
Reliability: They have a roster of hotels that they've verified. Because we all know photography sometimes facelifts
Comms: They keep you updated for sure. I like that they check in with you in a non suffocating way. It's the small things.
They just get you: They figure out what you like and will honestly let you know if a location is not for you.
Open to exploration: Have a new space you saw online, they'll check it out for you, do some investigation/sleuthing and then refer to point above.
When in doubt or in panic crying because the self booking is a crime scene, Lordstown will be your hero; no capes
