Great packages but average customer service
Bushstrike Safaris offers great value for money and works with excellent service providers. The activities themselves were enjoyable and well worth the price.
However, their client service needs improvement. Communication could be better. Our driver did not pick us up at the border (we were staying on the Zambian side), and a taxi had to be arranged instead. There was also no representative from Bushstrike Safaris to meet us at the border or guide us through the “daily luxury experience” we had booked. It felt more like we had booked separate providers rather than one seamless, coordinated experience.
Overall, good value — but better coordination and client communication would greatly improve the experience

Excellent
We had an absolutely amazing time in Victoria Falls thanks to Bushshrike Safaris! From the beginning, everything was well organized and professional. The team was friendly, patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout our activities.
