The tour operator was very knowledgable, thoughtful, and offered comprehensive help on all levels
The tour operator was very helpful on all fronts, our main guide was Tony, who picked us up form the airport, helped us with the hotel and organising day trips but also handled unexpected situations: taking us to the store for some essentials, picking up items lost on a safari trip, or contacting a doctor when it was needed. Tony was very kind and friendly, who is able to easily find a solution in every situation. Moreover, we absolutely loved our trip to Mombasa and Haller Park where our tour guide (Bernard) was very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. He has local knowledge of the wood carving factory and Haller Park where we got to feed the giraffes and watch the crocodile feeding.

Excellent Service on Short Notice
Many thanks to Ricky for helping me arrange a Mombasa city tour and Tsavo West safari on short notice. I did not have anything booked when I arrived in Mombasa and found information for Lorick then made contact through WhatsApp. A few hours later, I had a city tour and two night Safari set up at a very reasonable price. John, the city guide, was excellent in showing me the highlights of Mombasa. Kelvin was an excellent driver and safari guide. Everything was top notch and I appreciated the service and communication from beginning to end. Highly recommend Lorick and their staff.

Amazing experience with a chill atmosphere
We had a private safari - just the two of us. It was organized well and everything was included for a very reasonable price (for Salt Slick cheaper than any offer on Get Your Guide). We had an amazing guide that showed us all the animals and made as many breaks as we needed. The trip was tailored to our needs and we didn’t feel any pressure to participate or spend on something we didn’t want. Overall amazing experience in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
