Amazing experience
Amazing experience with La Vida Africa Safaris! The safari to Lake Mburo National Park was very well organized, the guide was friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Far from mass tourism, Uganda is a wild and intensely green destination. It’s the perfect trip if you’re looking for the thrill of primordial nature. Yazid was an extraordinary and highly knowledgeable guide. If Uganda remained in my heart, it’s largely thanks to him. Highly recommended!!!

They promptly picked us from entebbe airport. Then we went to western uganda for Gorilla Tracking. Best tour guide ever. They helped us book the hotels and everything else. They are highly reliable. The prices are affordable. We had alot of fun. Looking forward to the next trip where we will be going to visit Rwanda using Lavida Africa Safaris.

An Amazing 5 Days in Uganda with Yazid!
We had a wonderful 5-day safari in Uganda with Yazid as our guide, and honestly, it was an experience we will never forget! Yazid was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the places we visited. He made us feel comfortable from the beginning and was always happy to answer our questions.
One of our highlights was visiting Queen Elizabeth National Park, where we enjoyed seeing different animals in their natural habitat. The boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel was amazing! We saw hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and lots of beautiful birds. The scenery along the way was also breathtaking.
What we appreciated most about Yazid was his passion for his job. He took his time explaining things, helped us spot wildlife, and made sure we enjoyed every part of the trip. He was also a great driver, and we always felt safe and well looked after.
Uganda is such a beautiful country, with amazing landscapes, friendly people, and incredible wildlife. Five days went by so quickly, and we honestly wished we could have stayed longer!
Thank you, Yazid, for making our safari so special. We would definitely recommend him to anyone planning a safari in Uganda. If we ever return, we would be happy to travel with him again!
12-Day Uganda Safari Adventure: Up Close with Gorillas, Chimpanzees & Incredible
Our 12-day safari in Uganda with La Vida Africa Safaris was honestly an experience we will never forget. We came for the gorillas, chimpanzees and wildlife, but we ended up falling in love with Uganda itself.
Gorilla trekking in Bwindi was probably the highlight of the whole trip. Being in the forest and suddenly finding ourselves so close to the gorillas was an amazing feeling. It’s hard to describe just how special that moment was. Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale was also fantastic, and we loved being surrounded by the forest and watching the chimps moving through the trees.
The wildlife drives were another big part of the adventure. We were lucky enough to see elephants, lions, giraffes, hippos and buffalo, and every game drive seemed to bring a different surprise. Murchison Falls was another place that really stood out to us—the waterfall and surrounding scenery were absolutely beautiful.
A big thank you to our guide, Yazid. He was friendly, relaxed and very knowledgeable, and we always felt we were in good hands. He answered all our questions, helped us whenever we needed it and really added to the enjoyment of the trip.
What we appreciated most was that the safari never felt like we were simply following an itinerary. There was a personal feeling to the whole experience, and we had time to enjoy each place along the way.
We came home with some amazing photos, plenty of stories and memories that we’ll be talking about for years. Thank you to Yazid and the La Vida Africa Safaris team for such a wonderful experience. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Uganda!
