We saw the most interesting birds on our day at Tarangire. It helped that one person in the group we were put with was especially interested in them and the rest were happy to learn, so we would stop and observe. We saw a group of elephants at the river and really had time to stop and observe them. The park felt uncrowded even at high season.

the first park that remained in our hearts for the surprise of the first animals we saw and a quantity of elephants that we have never found in other parks

Least favorite park. Lots of animals but glad we went here first, each of the next parks only improved our experience
