The Marangu Route, known as the “Coca-Cola” or “Easy” route, is the shortest and most comfortable path to Kilimanjaro’s summit. It offers sleeping huts with solar lights, beds, and shared dining areas that create a lively atmosphere. Bathrooms are available at lower huts, while the last camp has basic latrines. Adding an extra acclimatization day at Horombo or Mawenzi enhances comfort and increases summit success.
