On this tour, you will hike Mt. Bisoke an extinct volcano in the Virunga Mountain and is the most popular mountain hiking experience in Volcanoes National Park. It stands at 3,711 meters on the Rwanda side with a crater Lake at the summit measuring about 400 meters. The hike takes approx. 6 hours however this is dependent on how often you stop. The hike is very rewarding with beautiful scenery and great views of the lush Virunga and Rwanda’s hilly landscape.
