Imara Tours Zanzibar strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information across all platforms. Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable travel experience for all guests.

Bookings

Travelers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.

By booking, clients agree to all Imara Tours Zanzibar terms and conditions.

All booking information provided must be accurate and complete.

A minimum 10% deposit is required before arrival to secure services.

The full balance is payable upon arrival and before the safari or tour begins.

Cancellations & Changes by the Company

Imara Tours Zanzibar reserves the right to make changes when necessary and will inform clients promptly.

Major changes allow clients to accept the change, choose an alternative tour, or cancel.

No compensation is payable for changes due to factors beyond company control (weather, technical issues, natural disasters).

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

The company may refuse or remove any participant whose behavior risks the safety or enjoyment of others.

Liability is limited to refunds of unused services, less administrative and utilized costs.

Cancellations & Changes by the Client

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation charges apply based on notice period:

30+ days: deposit forfeited

15–30 days: 50% of deposit

15–8 days: 80% of tour cost

7–1 days: 100% of tour cost

Company Responsibilities

Ensure customer safety, well-being, and satisfaction during services.

Provide assistance in emergencies where possible.

Deliver quality service and support throughout the journey.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure possession of valid travel documents.

Respect fellow travellers and local laws.

Avoid illegal activities; the company is not responsible for consequences of unlawful actions.

Health, Safety & Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, especially during adventure activities.

Guests must assess their physical and mental fitness before booking.

Travellers with special needs must inform the company at booking.

No refunds are provided for unused services due to health or safety concerns.

Pricing

Prices are fixed once fully paid unless the booking is changed or government taxes increase.

Complaints & Inquiries

Any complaints must be submitted within 28 days with booking details to allow investigation.

Data Protection

Personal information is collected only to ensure proper service delivery.
