Payments: To confirm your booking we require a 30% deposit and full payment is due no later than 45 working days prior to departure unless otherwise state. Some services must be paid in full at the time of booking (including, but not limited to, flights). For international clients; payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer and for local clients; payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash in USD.
If you need to cancel your safari entirely, the following fees apply based on how far in advance we receive your written notice:

91+ Days before arrival Full Refund (minus a small $200 admin fee per person).
60 – 90 Days before arrival 50% Refund of the total tour cost.
30 – 59 Days before arrival 40% Refund of the total tour cost.
Less than 30 Days before arrival No refund possible (due to strict lodge & park fee commitments).
