Mohrale Tours & Travel – Cancellation Policy
At Mohrale Tours & Travel, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. While crafting exceptional experiences involves careful planning and coordination, we are committed to being as flexible and understanding as possible.
Refund Policy:
30+ days before travel: 75% refund
15–29 days before travel: 40% refund
7–14 days before travel: 25% refund
Less than 7 days before travel: Non-refundable
Rescheduling:
We offer one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 14 days prior to the original travel date. Additional changes may attract administrative fees, depending on supplier terms.
Non-Refundable Costs:
Some services—such as park entry fees, special permits, airline tickets, and certain accommodations—may be non-refundable, and these will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Grace Period:
For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, you may cancel within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund (excluding non-refundable third-party costs).
Important Notes:
All cancellations and change requests must be submitted in writing via email.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
