1. Payment Terms and Conditions
• A 45% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• 75% of the total amount must be paid 21 days before travel.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the travel date.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure are non-refundable.
• Payments are only made to Alistar Expeditions Limited via direct bank transfer or online payment which we provide the link,
both accounts will read Alistar Expeditions.
- Any request to make full payment or pay in small installments rather than what is provided should be communicated to your
direct travel consultant.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
-More than 30 days before departure – 75% refund
-22–30 days before departure – 50% refund
-15–21 days before departure – 25% refund
-14 days or less before departure – No refund
-No refunds will be given for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
3. Amendments
Changes to bookings may be allowed subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Alistar Expeditions reserves the right to apply a rescheduling fee for last-minute changes.( eg: Domestic flight bookings or room upgrade)
4. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance from their country of origin covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
5. Liability
Alistar Expeditions is not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or cancellations beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, political unrest, or natural disasters.
All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must inform Alistar Expeditions of any relevant medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to travel.
All government-mandated health and safety guidelines must be followed that includes a valid yellow fever card and not limited to covid-19 regulations.
