1. Booking & Payment
A 60% deposit is required to confirm any booking.
The remaining 40% balance must be paid at least 21 days before the tour departure date.
Bookings made within 21 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, M-Pesa, or credit card (processing fees may apply).

2. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
Refunds will be issued as follows:

-More than 30 days before departure – 75% refund
-22–30 days before departure – 50% refund
-15–21 days before departure – 25% refund
-14 days or less before departure – No refund
-No refunds will be given for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.

3. Amendments
Changes to bookings may be allowed subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Alistar Expeditions reserves the right to apply a rescheduling fee for last-minute changes.( eg: Domestic flight bookings or room upgrade)

4. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance from their country of origin covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

5. Liability
Alistar Expeditions is not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or cancellations beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, political unrest, or natural disasters.
All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

6. Health & Safety
Clients must inform Alistar Expeditions of any relevant medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to travel.
All government-mandated health and safety guidelines must be followed.
