The wildlife is more difficult to see and to discover, however, much more rewarading - and the scenery is really out of this world.

Unspoilt, uncrowded, stunning scenery, elephants popping out from behind bushes

We visited there on our first safari to Kenya. Very different vegetation though equally beautiful place to stay for several nights. You got to see a couple of the big 5.

Its like no other park in East Africa. Completely different scenery from the other parks. Very dense, green, lush forest cover. Beautiful moorlands. Cold, fresh air.

Typical forest area, is very difficult to spot wildlife, although the peculiar animals that live there worth a trip.

Our stay at the Treetops Lodge was the most exciting experience of the entire holiday, coming face to face with Rhino and Elephants. Tree tops lodge is unbelievable and well worth a visit.

It was very good, we stayed over night in Treetops where the animals all came down to the water hole, including a family of elephants

Beautiful verdant countryside, more heavily populated area with rich soil for agriculture. A close vision of the poverty in Africa even in this richer area.

Aberdare has wonderful landscapes and lots of beautyful waterfalls. It is a perfect place for hiking.

Not quite the Africa one expects! More like North Wales! Some areas were astoundingly beautiful - scores highly on scenic value. Elephants very shy and retiring compared with those we're used to seeing at Amboseli and Masai Mara.
