Arusha National Park was an amazing trip. We saw several baboons and monkeys, along with elephants, hyenas, giraffe, hippos and more.

Arusha National Park is a charming and underrated safari destination. Its diverse landscapes—from lush forests to open plains and crater lakes—offer rich scenery and wildlife variety. While smaller than other parks, it’s perfect for day trips and ideal for spotting giraffes, flamingos, and even Mount Meru. A peaceful, scenic start to any safari adventure.
