Mountain Gorilla Trekking Volcanoes National Park - Visit The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund

After an early morning breakfast. You will proceed with a short briefing about dos and don’ts about gorilla trekking at the park headquarter. Afterwards, you will enter forest in search of the gorillas. The trekking may take 2-6 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas in the jungle and your group speed as well. Meet and stay with the gorillas for a maximum of one hour. In the evening, Visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus and learn more about the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund initiative and retire the day at the lodge.

Community Immersion at Ibyiwacu – Transfer Back to Kigali for Genocide Museum and departure

Enjoy a lazy breakfast and enjoy the beautiful scenery one more time before immersing ourselves with the Rwanda cultures at Ibyiwacu culture village or The Gorilla Gurdians. We shall get our early lunch as we calmly transfer back to Kigali with great views via the rolling hills until we arrive at the Kigali Genocide Memorial to sympathise with the Rwandese. Depending on the time of your international flight you will be dropped at Kigali International Airport.
