Today is the highlight of your safari: gorilla trekking. After an early morning briefing, venture into the forest with expert rangers in search of a habituated gorilla family. The trek can take 2–6 hours depending on their location, but the reward of spending an hour observing these gentle giants is unforgettable. Return to the lodge for lunch and a relaxed afternoon.
